We used Shuttle Direct 4 times in Rio de Janeiro and a round trip Rio to Búzios. The company was excellent. They communicated and confirmed with each transfer. Our drivers were professional and safe drivers. I had read several negative reviews, but I want to set the record straight in the Rio area, Shuttle Direct is maximum star worthy.
