Golden Horn and Bosphorus Boat Tour in Istanbul

Meeting point stated on the app seems to be different to the actual meeting point, we arrived 15mins early to find no one there. We waited 10mins after stated time of meet up and left. We received a call after asking to come back to the meeting point stated on the app and were told we were late...the actual tour starting is a fair bit of a walk from the meeting point (we would have preferred to meet at the actual point where the tour started).

The boat tour its self was scenic but the tour voice over could have been improved. The English translation was hard to listen to and did not have as much detail as other languages (bilingual so was listening in two languages). Overall I would not do this particular tour again.

I booked this becsue it included the Golden Horn. I have previously done a more expensive Bosphorus trip that did not include as much Golder Horn as I wanted. Overall, I was pretty disappointed with this experince. Boat was like a cattle car, very crowded. The price was cheap but they spent a lot time trying to worm more money from you. Would not repeat. Better to spend a bit more and get a more comfortable, persoanl experience.

I chose this tour because when I read the reviews I didn’t see a mention of people selling photos with Ottoman dressed people and parrots (like other tours), it was 1:30 hours, and up to 50 people.

Well, there were the photos people and the parrot and the tour was longer than expected (we met at 12:15 to meet with other people, walked to another spot. By the time the tour ended it was 2:45.)

We walked with a group of over a 100 people but we split into two groups so that was true.

Other than that, it was fine. Just know before you go! 🦜📷

Very good overall. Food on board very overpriced. Was repeatedly approached with offers for photos with some people in medieval costumes.

It's a very nice trip with stunning views seeing many highlights of Istanbul. The tour was very well organised. The boat provided enough space that everybody could find a place to have excellent view. For refreshment we liked the nice selection of fresh fruits and freshly squezed fruit juices which were offered on board for sale.

Myself and my partner really enjoyed this cruise. We were unsure going as the price was a lot cheaper than other cruises. However it far exceeded our expectations. Definitely the best option if you are looking for a cruise.

Great way to see Istanbul from the water, to navigate between Asia and Europe in the same city. The boat ride is good, I usually get sick in a boat but this trip was just right.

Boat ride was lovely and great way to see Istanbul. The real disappointment was that the guide couldn’t be heard (even when asked if they could be louder) and the English guide appeared to randomly stop halfway through so had to try and listen in Spanish. Nice overall but you can pay a lot less for a similar experience.

It was a amazing experience for me. Timing,information, Cruise,people all of them was great. They were so kind and helpful. I like tour and people. I really recommendation all my friends and ı am gonna come back again. See you soon..
