The only reason I'm giving this driver a 3-Star is because he was right on time, however, his driving habits are extremely dangerous. It was 11 PM, plenty of time to get to airport, but he was driving driving at least 60 miles on the streets & about 90 on the highway. To top it all, safety belts were not functioning & he spoke ZERO English. We have used Viator several times in the past, never an issue, this time it was horrible.

We had booked this airport transfer a month ago and due to travel changes, had to change our schedule. The operator was very helpful and revised our trip making our travel much easier.

Driver was 30 minutes late to the pickup. The hotel was getting concerned and was coordinating a taxi when the driver showed up. He drove quickly and got us to the airport safely.

Great choice to get the pickup and private transfer. Cabbies / Uber drivers in Istanbul are often shady and unreliable. This was the complete opposite, arrived on time, was so nice and helpful. Am super happy we booked this for our early morning flight!

We had a great pick up our driver arrived a little early but told us not to rush. He then let us sit while he filled the car with luggage.
The mini van was beautifully clean inside and out.
They had charging points with cables and hand sanitizer.
The one and only down side to our trip was that the driver smoked!! Everywhere in Istanbul they SMOKE!
