Poor customer service
Poor accommodation
Poor tour guides
No empathy or consideration for people with disabilities
Do not honour contract or organise transfers
Like to keep their customer's in the dark
Call their customer's racist and horrible
Hold customer's to ransom.
Do not use them.

On the next day, Alex convinced us to visit Peles Castle and the Black Church in Brasov. Best decision we made. Peles Castle was outstanding and in Brasov, Alex took us to have lunch to a restaurant called Sergiana. Good choice! We didn't visit again Bran Castle even it was on the itinerary of the tour, but I totally recommend the company services and Alex as well.
