This experience is a must for adventurous travelers who enjoy trying delicious new dishes from the regions they visit. The whole experience was a meticulously planned menu and guided video tour of Mexican cuisine. We visited as a couple and were welcomed into our own intimate experience at the chef and his wife's home. Their staff were experts in the food and wine pairing and the whole elevated dining experience was fantastic. We will be returning to take their part two experience next time we visit cozumel!

This was an incredible experience! What a great way to learn more about the different regions of Mexico!! The tour guide was so well prepared and well informed. All the food was incredible and the pairings were absolutely perfect. The portion sizes are really perfect - I’m full but not stuffed. The drinks were alll so different and interesting. I can’t think of a better way to spend an evening in Cozumel 11/10 would recommend!!

From the moment we drove up and were greeted by Lenore & Chef Alejandro to their private home … we felt like Familia. Luis, our guide & host thru the 10 Regions of Mexico, accompanied by Cris, was amazing. Their smiles and enthusiasm about their beloved country was infectious.
The 10 courses from 10 states in Mexico accompanied by their expertly done AV presentation was so well done. More like a dinner theater. Of course the perfect pairing of 10 cocktails, wines, cervesas and liquors made for a spectacular journey.
The most difficult question we faced? What was our favorite course?
From the best shrimp cocktail ever (no red cocktail sauce here folks) to the tuna with mole’ sauce. Every course was delicious and of the perfect size. 2 1/2 hrs of culinary bliss. The soup course…oh my goodness. The cheese & guava course near the end was also a favorite.
Most unique beverage was the Chilcuagye palate cleanser liqueur. So great I was happy they sold a bottle for me to take home.
A favorite takeaway was that in spite of living next door in Texas, I knew far too little of this wonderful country. Makes me want to explore her much more beyond the tourist destinations.

If I could give a rating of 100 plus stars, I would. What an experience to dine in a chef’s home, Chef cooking a ten course meal, pairing each meal with a beverage and Adrian narrating 10 areas in Mexico. Never, ever have I experienced such an intimate meal with 12 fabulous women. I had to keep pinching myself to make sure this was real. You have to go, make a reservation and then share your experience on TripAdvisor.

This culinary experience well exceeded my expectations. I was blown away from the minute we arrived till the moment we left… Multi-sensorial, fantastic food & pairing, amazing service, a voyage through 10 fabulous culinary Mexican regions, there’s nothing like this elsewhere that I ever experienced. A unique “Must Do” to put at the Top of your list when you visit Cozumel. I cannot wait for the 2.0 & 3.0 Experiences of 20 more regions as well as the 7 Tacos Tour.
