Our guide was not personable and seemed annoyed to do the tour since only my family of four booked/toured. He did not impart a lot of history of Sorrento, but rather pointed out eating places and a woodworking shop.

This was our first tour as we arrived in Sorrento. The guide was very detailed and informative. It gave us a good frame of reference for our stay in Sorrento, while giving us a good understanding of the history of Sorrento.

This tour was a perfect introduction to Sorrento’s culture and points of interest. Our tour guide was excellent and she showed us many historical points and provided local knowledge for dining and shopping options.
Our high point was the visit to one of the remaining artist who creates the woodworking art form. We went back to this forth generation shop and his factory and took home some real history as a memento of our vacation in Sorrento.

I highly recommend doing a short walking tour the first morning in any new city. It was a great combination of history, lay of the land but also the chance to ask someone some tactical questions like “we have a boat tour tomorrow, how do we get to marina?” Our guide, Stephan, was excellent as well.

Had a great tour of Sorrento. Our tour guide was wonderful. We went to several historical sites and to top it off, we had tastings and Gelato as well. She showed us different landmarks in Sorrento that helped us to navigate on our own. Would definitely recommend.

Informative walk with Julia
It was obvious that each guide has their own script. Was a little disappointed that some places in the reviews were not visited!
Was looking forward to seeing garden bar/restaurant which we didn’t visit!

We had a lovely walk with Rosealba. She was so pleasant and knowledgeable being a local. Her mother still lives right near our hotel. The weather was perfect. We had ages 8-81 in our group and we learned and saw things we had no idea were here. Thank you Rosealba!!!

The guide was exceptionally good. Well informed, interesting and very helpful. And he was a real local. He told us about the nativity scene in the Cathedral and we then saw them in other churches. We returned to one shop and a trattoria that he suggested and were pleased that we did.

Lovely tour of the city - we saw the main attractions, as well as areas of the city that were less well known
