Our tour guide, Oscar Sanchez was fantastic. He was very informative, personable, fun, good sense of humor. He personalized our experience based on what we wanted and we did not feel rushed at all. Had a great time.

We learned a lot about the ruins and the Senotes he brought us to was amazing. I would highly recommend this private tour!!!

What a great tour! The guides Carlos & Israel were wonderful & very knowledgeable. Got to Tulum Ruins prior to the major heat & huge crowds then a great experience in the refreshing cenotes. Got a lot of information on the area & cenotes would definitely recommend this tour! Amazing.

I cannot say enough about how great our tour was. Our guide was personable, pleasant, and knowledgeable about the locations and history. He took every opportunity to help us get good photos, and was enthusiastic about the rich history of the areas we visited. We always felt safe and looked after. We traveled in a clean and comfortable vehicle. The guide was flexible and accommodating.

First of all we loved seeing the sites of Tulum. We almost didn’t go as the weather was rainy, however we were allowed to push back our start time by two hours and we only had a little rain to dodge while visiting the Mayan ruins. Oscar was our guide, and we couldn’t have asked for a better guide. He was so knowledgeable and flexible. Besides being flexible with our start time we decided we only wanted to go to one Cenote instead of the two scheduled, and instead we had time to explore Playa del Carmen’s 5th Avenue area. Oscar told us so much interesting information about the Mayan ruins. He explained about the Cenotes and the different types. He also took us to a great place for lunch which had some of the best food we experienced all vacation and it was the cheapest too. Before our trip Gabby communicated with me several times. Thanks to both of them we had a great adventure!

This was my second time doing a Tulum excursion and this experience was amazing. From the concierge (Gaby) who helped me plan the trip custom to our needs and desires. To Arnie our trusted tour guide and driver. We hit up 2 incredible cenotes and had a beautiful lunch. Worth the value. Would highly recommend!

Oscar was amazing. There is a difference between people who like their job and people who LOVE what they are lucky enough to do. Oscar LOVES what he does and it shows. He makes the ride to the places interesting with his knowledge of the area and the ecosystem surrounding you. I will highly recommend this trip, but more I highly recommend him.

Our family of four adults spent fantastic few hours visiting Tulum and 2 cenotes in the area. Our guide, Irving, expertly shared with us his knowledge of Mayan history. By starting early (pick-up at 7am from Playa del Carmen hotel) we were able to get ahead of the crowds and rising temperatures. For the second part of the tour, Irving took as to two very different cenotes. Provided with snorkeling equipment, we explored beautiful underground pool of water with caves. It was a great mix of culture, history and nature, all in about 6 hour trip (door to door).

We didn't really know what to expect with the cenote tour but it was cooler than we expected! My 10 year old gets scared easily and is very anxious. I was shocked that she was willing to shimmy through some small areas of the cave. I attribute her surprising confidence in part to our tour guide, Isaac. He was friendly and knowledgeable as well as calm and confident. The second cenote wasn't as impressive but gave us some time to relax and swim around after an exciting adventure.
It was worth it to take the private tour. We walked right in to see the ruins in Tulum and when we came out there were hundreds of people waiting in line in the hot sun.
One suggestion for guests- I really wish we'd brought water shoes! The cave is hard to walk on bare foot
