VIP Chichen Itza Private Tour

My wife and I were initially hesitant about visiting Chichen Itza due to mixed tour reviews, but discovering My Quest Concierge completely changed our minds. From our first inquiry to the tour day, their communication was exceptional and transparent. Being able to beat the heat, enter early, and explore at our own pace sealed the deal for us.

On the tour day, Eric, our guide, picked us up promptly at 6:30 am and enriched our journey with profound knowledge during the drive. His explanations at Chichen Itza, especially about the acoustics of the ball field, left me in awe as an audio engineer. Eric's passion and depth of understanding were remarkable.

After the Chichen Itza experience, we visited a cenote where Eric continued to captivate us with insights into its formation and significance. The swim was a refreshing break. Later, in Valladolid, we enjoyed a delightful lunch and explored the town with Eric's engaging historical narratives.

Using toll roads ensured smooth travel without traffic, enhancing our itinerary seamlessly. If I could, I'd give this tour a hundred stars. It was truly incredible, and Eric, if you're reading this, thank you for making my 40th birthday unforgettable.

Arnie was incredible and a great tour guide, a very safe driver, and set us up for a great day. Get to Chichén Itzá early! We did, and missed the crowds, which made our time there personal and unique.

We are very satisfied with our experience! Booking was easy and a lot of information was timely provided. Our guide Eric was excellent, he was on time, flexible with our needs, very communicative and quite passionate and knowledgeable about the sites we visited. He made the experience special and fun. Definitely recommend and worth the price!

Carlos was early & waiting to pick us up for our amazing day of adventure. We were one of the first to arrive at Chichen Itza & learned so much from Carlos. Cenote swim was perfect & refreshing to cool us off & lunch was absolutely delish. Thank you, Carlos, for an amazing day!! Highly recommend this tour!!

Our driver was Isaac and he was fantastic! This whole tour was so good. He was very attentive and knowledgeable about everywhere we went. He was great with my kids too! Very accommodating to us spending extra time at certain places.

He took all the photos for us and even held my bag ☺️ That alone was worth having a private tour I’m usually the one left out of photos or not getting good one because I’m taking the photos, or I have to take one with each one of my kids or rely on someone else to take them for me.

He was early to pick us up and was great at commutation from booking to pick up.

He even talked about the new railroad that Mexico is putting in and talked about the history of parts of Mexico.

The lunch was fantastic! It was at a little local restaurant and because we went on Sunday they had live music and at the church across the street there was baptism going on and it was so neat to see.

This tour was the best. The car was clean and his driving was great. I’m so happy I went with this tour rather than a group tour. It was so relaxed and we were able to get to see everything we wanted.

Abraham was a great guide for mine and my husband's private tour!! He was very nice and easy to talk too, extremely knowledgeable and made the whole experience really fun. We took us to a delicious lunch spot and beautiful cenotes!
Wr couldn't have been happier with our experience.

First of all let’s talk about the booking experience ..
A tour company is only as good as its staff
& communication ...
Carolina, Gabby and Fernanda were all super attentive accomodating to my every need! They were all on top of it and replied promptly .. I needed to mention them because it really set the pace of how this tour was going to go ..
Now to the tour
Oscar was THE BEST, his humble attitude and passion about the history of the Mayans was unmatched.
He was in the lobby at 615am waiting for us already .. the AC and spacious vehicle was a major Bonus!
Oscar showed a connection to the places he took us .. and really gave us an experience as if a friend was showing us around their home.
The tour suggests a 6.30am pick up as many other reviews have said .. it is 100% worth it!
As we were leaving the droves of buses were arriving ... I was happy to have gotten there at the time we did
The Cenote was beautiful!!! The fresh water felt amazing and was a lovely addition to the tour.
We were back at our hotel at 4pm!
If time is something that matters to you .. I highly suggest this tour ... also there's no hidden fees like some of the more
"affordable" tours.
If you get Oscar you are definitely going to have an amazing time!!

Israel was an excellent guide! My group had a great time and we were very well taken care of. I would recommend the private tour and Israel as a guide!
