I tried booking an excursion online and it was a complete disaster. It didn't work out for me once I got to my hotel and try to confirm everything that I did online, there was a lot of discrepancies It was not worth the aggravation or hassle . I was very skeptical of rebooking any type excursion after that Due to my now, elevated stress level,thank God!!!!!!!! I changed my mind and I had the pleasure of meeting 2 of the most wonderful people I've ever met. They worked for Jamaica Tours, Dionne and Maxine was exceptionally good and professional.
Their people's skills was amazing. I felt very confident after they explained my entire package.and everything that was included in the package I chose For myself and my son.They guaranteed me that my ride would be there at 9. AM. And they also guaranteed me that he would be there to pick me up everything they said was the truth. My ride to Mystic mountain booked through Jamaica Tours Was comfortable and relaxing we felt safe the entire way there . Upon arrival, we were greeted by.
2 smiling employees at the front desk, who gave us our wristband band for the day And explain all we needed to know about our ride up into the mountains. Jamaica tours is definitely going to be my pick whenever I visit Jamaica and booking any more activities. I also had the pleasure of meeting a very nice young man by the name of Hsani he was my tour guide on my activity course while my son Zip Line I was very skeptical of doing it at first. But he assured me that I would be safe and he looked very confident in what he was doing. He also took the time out by choice to take videos and pitches of every task. We were trying to complete on that course by this time slowly my scaredness went away and I was now more excited than ever. Most importantly, I would like to thank all the people who made my son's trip to at Mistic mountain memorable from, everyone on the Zip LineCrew,The Raggamuffin Ride the Bob Sled Ride you guys were phenomenal and welcoming I appreciate you very much. After doing all our activities, we were able to stop at the restaurant to get something to eat. That Area was also very clean, very much presentable. They had comforting chairs and tables for us to sit and eat. The atmosphere. There is also beautiful. You're surrounded by trees and beautiful flowers While listening to a variety of birds singing And relaxing music playing.thres lot of choices on the menue like rice and peas, jerk, chicken, beef or chicken patties, There was also a vegetarian option if i'm not mistaken ,Frozen drinks ,fruit punches a variety of sodas.etc It's a beautiful place to visit. You cannot go wrong with visiting mystic mountain. It's worth every penny. The atmosphere, the trees, the flowers . Not to mention their infinity pool with slide So if the day is very hot, you can cool off with a nice breeze from the mountain, soaking up the sun in that infinity pool. Mystic mountain was definitely a blast. It will be on my list the next time I'm in Jamaica. I will definitely visit again.

The rating is the results of Orbitz/Expedia booking the experience at a time the facility was not even open in December. We found out by getting an email from the local provider saying they were closed until January. Not much time to find another activity that’s not already booked. Oh well.

Please do not waste your money on this experience.
It is so expensive and unlike any other theme parks you can only do anyone activity once.
On top of that you are hounded by the staff for tips and if you refuse they will let you know ...I was part of a group of 9 and am.well travelled,the zip line was fun but by far all experiences were ruined by the cost of everything and staff. I do not recommend.

Greeting crew was great.
Bobsled was great and so was the rollercoaster.
Zip lining was good, but the workers will hound you for tips continuously. My husband was harassed and followed by employee asking for tips. Group was too big. Wasted a lot of time waiting for the 15+ other people.
Didn’t get to enjoy the jungle gym due to zip lining.
Food ticket is not all inclusive! Jerk chicken, rice and beans. No drink. $30.00 later….

Super fun activity if you’re going to be in ocho rios! Only 10 to 15 minutes near multiple hotel resorts this is a fun nature Adventure amusement park Listen thrill rides and relaxing views of the beautiful island

Had a great day at mystic mountain from the sky explorer to the bobsled trail (rollercoaster) a great time was had by all. The restaurant was also very nice with good size portions of food and great selection of alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages. The pool also gives amazing views of Ocho Rios and my daughter really enjoyed the water slide. Great day out for young and old. Lots of other activities to take part in also

Mystic Mountain is comparable to a Six Flags experience but a lot smaller. The highlight here is the Bobsled ride. The Zip Line is okay but having ziplined in other destinations...this was definitely too crowded for the volume of people on the lines.

We booked this thru our cruise line. The chair lift us is great. There are beautiful views of the port and forest/jungle. We went to the gift shop first, bad idea. We should have gotten in line for the bobsled immediately. We ended up waiting in line for well over an hour for the ride. Once we finally got to ride, it did not disappoint. My husband and I decided to join our cars, with him in front driving. He's braver and took us down faster than I would have.
It is a bit pricey but we would do this again. We would try to time the line better.

The trip up, via "ski lift" to the bobsled is amazing. You get great views of Jamaica. The bobsleds are so fast! Yes 45.00 for one ride is a bit pricey but so worth it! And a second ride is less. When you are on the bobsled DO NOT BRAKE unless you are told to, you want to go as fast as possible do not hold back. A not to miss adventure.

The ride was thrilling and fantastic.
Some of the best times myself and my family had.
