This is the worst activity ever.
Note: the guy will contact you last minute for your passport details and you have a time frame to send it to him, if you don't send it within that time frame, then you lost your money and you will get a text from the guy saying (Is too late and next tour will be on their available date). I contacted him and he was rude on the phone, I explained that I had no data and I couldn’t reply on time,
plus I wasn't expecting you to contact me, I only expect you to contact me with a time of pick up and start the trip that I booked, he said is not his problem, and after explaining to him that he cannot leave me behind like that and take my money easily he offered me same day but different time but with extra money, so he can benefit with extra cash. My question is didn't you say is too late? Didn't you say the system is now closed to add my details on the computer? So why now you can take me? Just so you can see he is a proper FRAUD and SCAMER! I contacted Viator and they declined my refund several times because the tour guide lied and told them I canceled, a piece of advice from me fight for your refund and when you contact Viator customer service ask to speak with the manager because they will listen to you and despite sharing WhatsApp chat between you and the tour guide and proved them the whole truth they will still tell you sorry ma’am but following the policies of 24h cancellation we cannot refund you but they never tell you the real reason of why rejecting my refund request, which I think is our right to know. IF I COULD GIVE 0 stars I would WHAT A TERRIBLE TOUR GUIDE. Luckily I met with a guy who could give me a private tour and take me and my family to Luxor which better deal than this one otherwise I would have been left behind. JUST SO YOU KNOW THIS ACTIVITY ONLY PROVIDES TRANSPORTATION FROM HURGHADA TO LUXOR, once you are there you pay for your own transportation when visiting the temples, that's what this terrible tour operator has mentioned to me. If you are to book this terrible activity BE CAREFUL AND STAY SAFE! Check your email or you find yourself left behind and your money taken. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!

Adam has been great helping me organise my trip in Egypt. Great advice, he also came to personally meet us at our hotel. Ashraf our personal driver is also great. We had a private tour guide through Adam who was also amazing. So far our trip has been well organised, everything on time, and it has been down to Adam at Egypt Sunny trips!
