I just returned to my Airbnb in Spain after spending the day with Jamal in Tangiers... And I have to say he made it REALLY hard to leave Morocco behind. Simply put, this man is a treasure. Everywhere we went people came up to him, hugging and seeking his opinion. He's been doing it for over 30 years, and in his own words "if I don't know them, they know me". His knowledge is amazing and every aspect of our day was given options to fit our family's needs. The restaurant was AMAZING (Restaurant Vandalucia), our driver was top rate (Mustafa) and he quickly adapted our schedule to keep us on time while not forgetting to come back to the things we had to skip if the activity was busy when we arrived. We are a family of 4, and he is great with kids (has several himself as well as a recent grandchild I believe). Speaks multiple languages and if you're able to book him, you won't be disappointed.

Had an awesome time. Jamal was very professional, his knowledge of the area was excellent. He gave us the option to do something and if we did have anything specific that we had in mind he would say come on I have some beautiful to show you, and he was right it was beautiful. The weather was awesome so didn't mind the long walking. The restaurant that he took us to for lunch was delicious, never having Moroccan style food before I enjoyed the flavors. Will definitely use his services again when I go back and recommend him to everyone.

Jamal and Mustafa were great hosts. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. They were flexible and helpful. The tour was at a comfortable pace. We really enjoyed the camel ride and their recommendations for local food and drink!!

Jamal is amazing! He was so flexible to the needs of our family. He was incredibly helpful and I so knowledgeable. Honestly - you should not look anywhere else. The four children and the adults in the group just loved our time with him. Thank you for welcoming us and helping us learn so much!

Full day private tour of Tangiers was very good.Jamal speaks English well. We saw some lovely sites and rode camels.

3 really is a charm - my third and BEST visit to Tangier. This was my 1st trip with Jamal, but it won't be my last with him!m. Truly professional, caring, & flexible!

A military friend recommended Jamal since they had used him a couple months ago and had a great experience.

He was great at communicating before the trip and making sure we had all the info we needed before meeting him in Tangier.

He provided us with a code to obtain our ferry tickets in Tarifa and it went smoothly.

Once in Tangier, he met us outside the terminal with a smile. It was only two of us and he had warned us we might be in a group with more; however when we arrived we found out we would indeed have Jamal all to ourselves. Honestly, with just two of us, it may not have been as financially beneficial for him, and he could have easily cancelled but did not. He told us the return ferry times and gave us the option of returning at 3pm or 7pm and of course we chose the later time (no extra charge). Our driver (Abu maybe) was friendly and safe. They stopped anywhere we showed interest... on the side of the road for us to snap pictures, etc.

We drove around for the first couple hours, seeing the point where the Mediterranean meets the Atlantic which was beautiful. He gave us extra time to walk down to the rocks. We rode the camels and we also given the option for a quick ride along the cliffs or a long ride along the water on the beach and we chose the long ride. Such an unforgettable experience. We saw the caves of Hercules as well, which were beautiful.

After the driving portion we stopped for lunch and he gave us three price options. We opted for the higher price option (still only €18) because we had truly an amazing view. We visited the spice markets, the shopping areas and the gallery (with the rugs). He even gave us tips about bartering. While I possibly suspect the rug seller may be his brother LOL, he also did not pressure us to go to the gallery. He said it was up to us and we chose to. Upon leaving we did have some market vendors follow us trying to get us to buy things, but honestly we felt it was just part of the experience. We felt 100% safe with Jamal. He knew everyone and was highly respected. We ended at the Hotel Continental where we saw the beautiful mosaics and where we paid him for the tour (probably because it was safe to exchange cash here).

He then walked us back to the port and made sure we knew where to go.

We booked a private tour with Jamal based on a recommendation from a friend who used to live in Spain. He did a great job communicating with us ahead of time - it could have been very confusing to try to navigate on your own. He arranged our ferry tickets from Tarifa and met us with a van in Tangier. He has a driver, so he could focus on sightseeing and explaining things and showing us the sights. We drove to where the Atlantic meets the Mediterranean, saw the Cave of Hercules, had yummy mint tea, rode camels, and walked through the market, as well as had a delicious Moroccan lunch. Jamal was with us the entire time, and as others said, he seemed to know everyone. We felt very safe and well taken care of - there were four of us, but I would not have wanted to navigate much of what we saw on our own. All in all, a really great experience and I would highly recommend Jamal!

Thanks to Jamal our guide, we had a full day at Tanger Morocco with plenty of sights and fun experience. Would definitely go back, felt safe and secure with Jamal
