The tours were great - incredible sights, tasty cuisine, great mix of events/stops, and my guide (Ricardo) was excellent. The only issue was that the timeline was so tight that we barely got to see some of the sights.

I went with some friends to meet Chichen Itza expecting nothing but a tour around meet-picture-go but our guide Barrera really made our day!! He was very knowledgeable and amazingly kind and friendly we became his family right away!! Lol thank you again Barrera you really turn it up a notch for us!

This is the best tour I have ever experienced. Barrera definitely made the tour with his extensive knowledge of Mayan history and Yucatán culture.
I only had one day to spend in Riviera Maya, and this tour included the top two things on my list (swim in a cenote and visit Chichén Itzá). The trip to Valladolid although short, was very quaint with music and dancers in the streets.
Lastly, Barrera was so warm and welcoming to everyone, it really encouraged those of us on the tour to connect with each other, despite being from different backgrounds and cultures. By the time we had made it to lunch after Ik Kil, there were strangers eating as family and that’s the biggest thing I’ll take from this vacation. Thanks again Barrera and Ekinox!

Chichen Itza is a must see when visiting the area. The best way to get there is by tour bus provided by Ekinox, as you’ll also get a lot of great information on the ride.
Our guide Barrera was phenomenal! We asked a lot of questions and he was very knowledgeable about the site as well as the history of the region. He also made us feel very welcomed as we continued on to other locations that provided a wonderful cultural experience.
Our tour made several stops: Chichen Itza, Cenote Ik Kil, Tio Manolo’s (great opportunity to learn about Mayan traditions), and the city of Valladolid.
Highly recommend this tour, we had a great time!!
