We had a very fancy journey with this company in January 2024. That was perfect. Our tour for 3 person's was for 10 days we visited Masai mara, Naivasha y very another placed in kenya. Our driver came to the airport an ex pick off us and then with the safari car (land cruiser) visited a lot of places. The name of our guide and drivrr was Gorge. He was very nice and professional and I advise that take tour with him. Another advise is that Masai Mara and Naivasha are the best we were three 2 night in Masai Mara that was enough but just one night in Naivasha that was not enough time because the soap hotel in Naivasha was perfect

Bencia really responded to our request.
We had a tight budget and we were still able to do the Masai Mara and Nakuru Park.
Georges the guide and George the cook were great!

I booked safari with Bencia africa adventure & safaris. We went on 4 days safari in masai mara and lake nakuru. it was really great experience, their team was very patient with us and i think they went beyond their job to make sure we had a great experience. i highly recommend them.

After a lot of research on safaris to Masai Mara and lake Nakuru I chose Bencia because they offered great value for money, they (Alfred) were very responsive and answered all my queries promptly and in detail. Susan from the team escorted and assisted us with purchasing a Sim card whilst our guide George escorted us to an ATM as requested before we departed. We opted for the luxury accommodation option which was great and the tour itself was amazing. George made us feel very comfortable in the (private) vehicle and drove safely. The vehicle was an older style van with a pop up/ open roof however we didn't feel like we had a lesser experience compared to the 4x4 LandCruiser jeeps. He was knowledgeable about a lot of the animals we saw, trying his best to take us to areas where we could see lions, cheetah, etc. I would highly recommend Alfred and his team at Bencia.

This was such an amazing experience. I researched so many different companies and could not be more happy that this is the one we chose.
We got to see everything and more. The places we stayed were amazing. Most of all, we had the best guide in all of Kenya! George is absolutely top notch and made our experience a once in a lifetime experience.

After the trip we were taken to their office like hostage to demand more money than we agreed and already paid cause they decided that they didn't make enough profit. Very poor customer service.
Be expected to pay much more than the original agreed fees as they will claim it is not included, e.g. entry fees. At one point we were asked to pay for the fuel cost!
Make sure to pay yourself entry fees as we realised we have been scammed and paid more than the entry fee. Unfortunately only realised this after the trip when we talked with out friends who visited the same attractions

We booked four days Safari with Bencia (4 days MasaiMara+ Lake Nakuru) and the whole experience was really fascinating.
Communication with the company was very easy, and safari experience was superb. Our driver was Joseph and our cook was John. We think It might be very difficult to find two people as good as them and as professional as them to travel around Kenia.
Joseph did his best to show us all the animals in both Masai Mara and Lake Nakuru and John cooked for us delicious food and made us feel really special. He is so a nice man. Joseph is also so kind and friendly and tried to answer all questions we asked him. He is an amazing driver and the best at finding animals (we met the Big five!) Thank you very much Joseph and John. See you Soon Bencia!!!!

We really enjoyed our Bencia safari. Especially thanks to George (our driver and guide) and George (our excellent coock) it was an unforgettable experience, we really enjoyed their comapany. We saw the big 5 and experienced the great migration.
George is an excellent guide, he made a great effort to spot all the animals, and George is a great coock, he served us well with his fresh coocked meals.
We visited a Masai village and a local school, we will never forget the whole trip.
