I have traveled on safari several times with Bencia Africa Adventures & Safaris, but it was the first time for the group of friends I was with. We all had such an amazing experience thanks to Alfred for setting it all up for us and thanks to our driver George for being such a wonderful and helpful guide. Alfred made sure to give us lots of options of places to stay based on different budget ranges so that we could select the option that was the best for the entire group to agree on. Everything was smooth throughout the entire trip and we all had an amazing experience together! I highly recommend booking with Bencia!

Bencia Africa made a dream come true and let us have the best experience ever!
Our driver and tour guide Joseph had the best skills in seeing animals and in driving through every type of ground to bring us to the best places to see animals. And indeed we saw almost every animal from up close with the best view!
Furthermore Bencia Africa provided our own chef. John was an amazing cook, always making sure we would have eaten enough to get through the day and always smiling and being friendly. And his food was fantastic!
The service was amazing and they did more than they had to do according to our opinion. As we arrived in Nairobi, we first spent a day in the city and just started Safari the next day. Yet, Bencia Africa made sure to pick us up from the bus stop and brought us to our hotel the day we came though it had nothing to do with the Safari. Especially for the fact that it was a budget safari, the service was outstanding! The price was excellent and yet it was not missing anything: there was comfort, service, profession. I would definitely recommend to book Safari with Bencia Africa!

We have spend 4 days in Masai Mara with this company and it was worst of all game drives we had during stay in Africa.
- poor english of driver,couldn't cath a sense of the sentences
-car was not prepared for rain season( broken wipers, lack of solid tow rope, we were supposed to push car in mud)
- we were charged for tickets which never been paid ( company is cooperating on the side with gate keepers) however we received our game driver.The feeling we've been tricked was painful.Lies in your face. Plus was the food and they were on time with schedule.
To sum up -find someone cheaper or pay all tickets on your own.

We had the pleasure of taking a 3-day, 2-night excursion to the Maasai Mara with Bencia Africa Adventure and Safari, and it was an unforgettable adventure. Our luck was incredible, as we were able to see all of the big five - lions, leopards, elephants, buffalo, and rhinos. The food was nothing short of amazing, with a talented cook who seemed to work magic in the kitchen. Joseph, our guide, was fantastic. His knowledge of the Maasai Mara and its wildlife was exceptional, and he did everything in his power to ensure that we had the best safari experience possible. Joseph was also personable and enthusiastic, and his love of the wildlife was contagious. The tents were comfortable, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. I wholeheartedly recommend Bencia Africa Adventure and Safari for their excellent service in all aspects, including food, wildlife sightings, guide, and accommodation.
