My family and I had a great experience with this transfer service from ZRH to our accommodations on the Bahnhofstrasse. The Mercedes van was immaculate and spacious, and bottled water was available for our consumption. After traveling from Iceland to Copenhagen to Zurich, we had a long day and we were glad to have booked this private transfer. Our driver Robbie was one of the best car service drivers we have had and we've had many. Robbie was very professional and pleasant. He was a very safe driver. We really enjoyed speaking with him. He even pointed out some things to us as we drove from the airport to the city. We had such a great experience with Robbie that we asked if he can be the one who takes us back to the airport when we return to the US a few days later. I also found out later that this company, Noble Transfer, also offers private tours. Had I not made prior arrangements, I would have definitely booked them for tours as well. We highly recommend this service! P.S. I also want you to be aware that I booked this service through Viator. I have tried several times to post this review on Viator.com but kept getting an error message. I wanted to make sure travelers know about this service that I even took it upon myself to contact Viator to find out what I need to do to get my review posted. It turns out the Viator website is being updated and they are not accepting direct reviews at this time. They told me the only way is to go to the TripAdvisor website and find the company. The reason I am sharing this info is to convey the message that most people would have given up writing a review if they keep getting an error message (I got an error message at least 6 times!). However, my family was so impressed with the service we got that we felt strongly that the company and their driver Robbie need to get the recognition they deserve. They did an excellent job for our family! Look for my next review regarding our transfer to the airport...
