Take a full-day tour to Pamukkale, known for its unreal landscape featuring a series of terraced hot spring basins which look like snow and ice-covered cliffs due to calcium deposits. Enjoy the thermal waters while walking along the terrace cliffs with your bare feet. Explore Pamukkale's neighbor, the Hierapolis archaeological site, where you will see the remnants left behind by the Roman Empire including the Roman baths, Necropolis, Temple of Apollo and Antique Pool whose marble portico met its demise in an earthquake in 7 AD. Small-group tour is limited to no more than 14 people and includes hotel pickup, professional guide and transport by Mercedes minibus.

Riza (guide) and Burak (driver) were great. Riza was very knowledgeable, friendly and approachable. I only wish I’d had more time in both places! Highly recommended.

I went with friends the Travel agent told us 3.5 hours it took 4 hours
Coach stopped at Onyx/marble factory we were there for at least 1 hour.
Would not of gone on the trip if we had known this (waste of time) and the things they sold were cheaper in the shops

Pamukkale was a nice place to visit but not enough time there to see the amphitheatre and museum.
The travel agent said the price was inclusive of going into the hot spring pool. But it was extra

Getting a private taxi if in a group of 6 would be quicker and pay when you get there

If you're into ancient ruins and natural wonders, this is an awesome day-trip. The water levels have been declining for years due to the growth in popularity of Pamukkale, so it's a good idea to see it while there's still something to see.

It's not going to be as picturesque as it looks in promos, there will be a lot of people and you're not going to get perfect photos. The water is about knee-deep at most, and a tip is to bring water shoes, because it's rocky and you can't see through the water. Going in barefoot is quite painful and dangerous.

I would skip the Cleopatra pool (additional charge), as it's hot anyway and getting into essentially bath-water on a hot day in scorching sun is not a wise idea.

The tour company from Kusadasi did an amazing job. We started out at 8am, had lunch and the full tour. The walk up to the hot pool was up the mountain, but not too bad. Pool was very healing. The Ruins are amazing to see and views breath taking. Then you walk down the terraces! Bare foot only. That's painful and a little bit scary, but well worth it. There are shallow pools to walk in and cover yourself with the clay if you wish.

My 7-Church tour for 3 days was wonderful. Tour arrangements in term of hotels, food & transportation are excellent. Personally I highly recommended this crossroads travel and my tourist guide. His name is Yavuz. He really did homework before and read each letter when we got the city.
