Very nice agency and good advice! By talking with them, they adapt to our needs and offer us the appropriate tour.
The guide was great, there were 2 of us. We were supposed to have an English guide but he managed to find a French guide (without us asking).
It's really worth going around Etna with the explanations.
We took the trekking tour, they picked us up at 7:30 a.m. and we returned to Catania around 3 p.m.
Very complete and perfect for keeping the afternoon "free"

We had a great time with Monica who is very professional because she made us avoid the tourist buses by leaving early and her comments were very interesting.
Attentive and caring for her team, I highly recommend her.

Monica offered us an amazing journey, letting us know everything about volcanoes and especifically about " 'A muntagna" (how Catanian people call Etna), transmitting us her love and passion for this amazing place. I 100% recommend booking with Etnavic!!!

Beautiful trekking trip on Etna, our guide Monica accompanied us along the route with great kindness and professionalism; the view over the Valle del Bove is suggestive; the tasting of typical products was appreciated; the visit to the lava cave is curious. An experience to be recommended, it was a way of experiencing the park in an authentic way, in contact with nature, without having to resort to the chairlift and enjoying the park as much as possible in the least "intrusive" way from man. It was nice to share for this day the passion and love for this Mountain-Volcano that the local people have and that they managed to pass on to us!

We spontaneously looked for a trek on Mount Etna the evening before the tour and this was arranged quickly and easily.
We were picked up near the accommodation and dropped off again.
Our guide Santi was super nice and very well informed about everything to do with Mount Etna, so that in addition to the beautiful tour we got a lot of input on the historical and geological background.
Overall a great and exciting experience!

Unique experience and undoubtedly to be repeated again with the impeccable organization of Etnavic.
We had originally chosen the excursion to the summit craters (with friends and children in tow).
Once we reached the Sapienza refuge, the extremely strong wind unfortunately forced us to give up.
Despite the unexpected change of program, Monica (our Etnavic guide) still made us live an amazing experience with the trekking up to the Valle del Bove and the walk to the Silvestri craters, encouraging even the children who completed the the entire itinerary without problems and followed the various explanations and information provided with curiosity and interest.
A special mention also to Ludovico for his availability and courtesy in managing the organization of the excursion. We will try a new experience on Etna again next year, always with Etnavic!
