The experience allows you to reach an altitude of 2500m and to admire from close the summit craters and the Bove valley on its highest and most panoramic point.
there is also the option with 4X4 bus up to an altitude of 2800m with an easy walk at altitude (recommended for those who do not want to or are unable to walk for two hours)

Half day tour (departure at 7.30am and return around 3.00pm). Monica, the guide, picked us up directly near the structure where we were staying and during the journey she gave us many explanations about Etna and the city of Catania. We visited a cave and then reached the Sapienza refuge where there is the departure of the chair lift that takes you to 2500m. Once we arrived we did a trek of about 2 hours with a sweet break offered by Monica. To conclude we stopped at a place for oil, wine and honey tasting.
It was a very beautiful experience, in addition to the grandeur of Etna, Monica's skill, friendliness and professionalism certainly had an impact. In my previous trip to Catania I had done the "simplest" tour which only reached the Silvestri Craters, but it is not comparable to this experience. Highly recommended

It was very interesting and informative. Our guide Giovanni was amazing! We had a pleasant time. It was very convienient that we got a ride from Catania and we did not have to worry about anything, just have a good time :)

Excellent tour at Etna summit, then lava cave and finally local market with oil, honey and wine. We had a wonderful guide Luigi, who showed as a lot of beautiful places, told a lot of interesting stories. The tour was very well organized. I really recommend Etnavic!!!
