I booked hoppa shuttlebus for 18:00 flight time they wanted to pick me up 18:00 from rethymno. I then contacted them and said that it was 18:00 flight time and not pick-up time they said they could not change it anymore, but I have to cancel and rebook this and for cancellation I get the money back. Then I cancelled and wanted to rebook later, during which I get a mail that I don't get the money back because it was my own fault.

Our flight was very delayed but our driver was waiting to greet us in arrivals, clearly displaying my name. The lady quickly took us/our cases to the car, offered us water for the journey. Very friendly & informative about the Island,lovely comfortable car.
We are using the company for our return to the airport & would certainly recommend them!

Antonis was there to pick us up, with a sign in his hand. Great conversation as we drove from HER to Rethymno, and helped us to the lobby.
He confirmed our pickup by email the day prior, and we communicated about various options for day trips during our week's stay. He had another driver, on time, to take us from Rethymno to the airport in CHQ. No complaints whatsoever.
