DISASTROOOOOOO!!!! After 10 minutes they left and left me without a transfer. I had to pay for my own taxi and no one helped me or agreed to give me a solution. not at all recommended

It is a service that seeks to keep you in the dark. First, they hide essential information in the small letters of the voucher. They don't even show themselves as responsible for the transfer and instead leave the hotel in evidence.
I received only one email at the time of booking, but it didn't say what time they were supposed to pick us up to take us to the airport. They had written in the small letter that I had to look for their offices (which I did not find) to have this information, but they put this information in 6 paragraphs of small letters with information from the Dominican Republic, but, I I was in Cancun.
On the day of departure, still without a word from them, we went to the lobby at 9:30 a.m. expecting that the journey from the hotel to the airport would take around 45 minutes, and that we would have to arrive at the airport 3 h before our flight scheduled for 1:50 p.m. To our surprise, the driver had already come by at 9:10 a.m., he left a note that he had waited until 9:25 a.m., 15 minutes during which he did not have the idea of calling us to the room, even though he had our contact details. We were in the room packing, but the phone never rang. When the receptionist contacted the Destination Service agent, she just wasted more time by repeating that she couldn't help us, that the policy was to leave us to our fate. Amazing! They had decided that the check-out time from the hotel would be 9:10am, but they didn't tell us anything! And then, no empathy, no intention to help us. I had to pay 1360 Mexican pesos, or 80CAD, to get to the airport.
I was a tourist guide for 9 years. When you arrive at a hotel and the guest is not there, the very first thing you should do is call them to their room. We never leave without knowing what happened with the client. In addition, in the same way that they feature the information: departure date, flight time, they could have put the departure time from the hotel at the beginning. The client is on vacation, he needs the relevant information, not to indulge in reading 6 paragraphs of policies and contract conditions.

This shipping company is at best completely unreliable or more likely a well-established scam.
Our plane landed 5 minutes early. Time to collect our luggage we showed up at the planned location at the scheduled time.

After 2 hours of waiting and calling our hotel we finally had to take a taxi: more than 120 USD even though the transport was already paid for when booking the hotel.
And this mafia organization has developed its own little system to never reimburse you. You will be bounced from one contact to another until your vacation is over!
Mobsters. Avoid them like the plague. If not for your safety at least for your wallet! A shame for Mexican tourism.

The best. When you have a 3-year-old child who is hurt by transportation. They pick you up and leave you at the door of the Hotel. The car was clean and the driver was very friendly.

I didn't like the attitude they had from the beginning, and that is reflected in their service. I was on time and had plans but due to his unpunctuality I was no longer able to reach a compromise. I wouldn't hire them again.

We hired a PRIVATE service for 2 people, when we passed by there were 4 of us, the driver refused to take us because there were more of us, although the van could fit 7. He made up to us that he could be fined, but if we gave him a very good tip he would take us to all. TERRIBLE

Bad experience. Bad service, they are unpunctual, they made me wait approximately 40 minutes at the airport. Neither an apology nor any type of compensation for their lack of professionalism, I DO NOT recommend it!!!!! I had already read negative comments, they are right.

They drive reckless and my neck was sore from all the hard breaking. They don’t offer beverages. Driver was on his 📱while driving. He had to use his phone to find the hotel.
