The tour guide was very experienced and she knows her history very well. Very polite and charming person. Her expertise with the whole aspect of the tour and her English communication was exceptional.
She was patient with our group as we were trying to take pictures and buy things along the way. We got a lot of gifts done and wasn’t a rush tour. It was a great all day tour. It was the 4 of us in a big group and we all had a great day. My hats off to the tour company, the drivers and mostly the tour guide name Chung for a great 8 hours tour.

My sincere best to the tour guide

We paid for a all day English speaking tour. We’re experienced & frequent world travelers and have used visitor in other countries.

Here’s what happened:

We shared the morning tour with a Japanese speaking tour. Japanese speaking tour guide was engaging, talkative and animated throughout the tour. The English speaking guide did not initiate conversation or give information as we drove through the city ... oftentimes guides speak to the history and tidbits about current events. It worsened as the day progressed. After lunch, we rode in a SUV to the markets and dinner - the tour guide only spoke to the driver in Korean and Only responded questions (initiated by us).
Hopefully, this feedback will help in training your tour guides.
