Didn't know what to expect, but Dona was great! She showed up early, knew where to go, and took great care of us- kept us on time to each appointment. Napa Valley SUV and JR Napa Valley Wine Tours were both excellent for us!

Gary was a true professional. He was very communicative prior to and during the trip. He made great recommendations on places to stop and grab a sandwich. He knew the best routes to avoid traffic and kept us on time to make our wine tasting reservations. If you aren't sure what wineries to go to, he can help you plan a great itinerary.

He was communicative during the planning of the itinerary, arrived promptly in a nice, clean SUV and gave us a LOT of really good local information during our travels. He's also genuinely a nice and funny guy; no fakeness. The booking experience and planning was really good and for what we paid, we received EXCELLENT value. I'm *really* glad we went with them and I hope to use them again when we return.
