Great service! Just note they don’t meet you at the plane gate. You have to head towards immigration and at the bottom of the escalator someone is there with your name on a sign :) give them your passport and travel form cash for the visa. And she handles it all. Takes you express on immigration in the locals line and you don’t have to say anything. We didn’t have bags but they would help get them too. And finally she walked us through customs easily speaking to the guard for us. And then we just waited a few minutes and our car was outside to take us to the hotel. Do note this is a Cairo service so as we stayed in Giza there was an additional 5 USD charge. But we were told that when we booked so all good. Would recommend if you’re nervous about coming to Egypt! Thanks again.

This was the greatest service I’ve ever had at any airport. You MUST book. Communication was amazing before I arrived. They were waiting for me with my name on a sign. They escorted me thru customs and avoided all lines. Car was waiting outside for me. Couldn’t have been easier. Thank you.

The service was seamless, I had a whatsapp message before my arrival, an agent was there to meet me right after landing, they took care of the visa process quickly and took me directly to my driver. The driver loaded my luggage and delivered me safely to my accommodation. As a solo female traveller safety is always a high priority and this service did not disappoint. I would definitely use this service in the future if I find myself in Cairo again and do recommend.

I felt well looked after , you skip the queue a lot with your tour guide And your luggage is handled right up to hotel lobby . And in a nice car as well , parked in air conditioned car !

So glad I booked this! I was picked up right as I entered the airport from the plane and quickly moved through immigration, luggage collection and to the waiting car which brought me straight to my hotel. Both the men were very friendly and helpful – couldn't recommend this more!

A man with a name tag was waiting for me in front of the passport/immigration line. He led me to an office where all the formalities were quickly completed. Then past the line to the baggage carousel. He took me to the front of the building where my driver was already waiting to take me safely to my hotel. If you are travelling to Cairo, I can highly recommend this VIP service! It will save you a lot of time and stress!

We live in Cairo and thought it would help our visiting friends to have an expeditor meet them at the airport and shepherd them through the visa process as well as point out currency exchange and phone SIM card office. We paid $100 for this service. Unfortunately NO ONE showed up to greet them! They walked all over terminal 3. Went through a long visa line by themselves. Had to navigate their own way through currency exchange and buying an Egyptian SIM card. Then called Uber by themselves. The Uber driver spoke no English and even with GPS had trouble finding our address. In short, the VIP treatment we paid for was not there. A severe disappointment. Don’t trust them.
