The driver tried to save us time by taking a "shorter" route, but was unaware of a festival closing the roads. The driver then brought us to the wrong hotel (Hint there are many DoubleTree hotels) even though we gave the correct address. By the time we realized it was the wrong location the driver was long gone. The company said that they would send a new car to pick us up in 10 - 15 minutes and it was over an hour later. In the end it was a 4 hour trip from the airport also causing us to miss a commitment for the evening. When asking for a refund we were told that they did eventually get us to to right location.

This was my second transfer with this company. Everything went smoothly and the gentleman who messaged me to finalize the details was very prompt with answering all my questions. The vehicle was clean and right on time. Very pleasant experience and I would highly recommend them.
