Spent 2/3rds of the trip being bussed along a bumpy beach to get to our destination - was advertised as a 4x4 experience. Other 1/3rd was spent kayaking including tuition and over half an hour standing around waiting for the guide to park the bus up. We did see dolphins which made the trip worthwhile. No rays or whales but we did briefly see one small turtle. The sea was full of jellyfish.
Guide was informative and witty which helped. Food snacks very poor 1 small packets of crisps and a single chocolate biscuit!! Overall not great value for over 300 dollars…

So much beauty and fun. We were a group of 27 and saw so many whales, and sea eagles, a tuna and stingray that flew out of the ocean at double island point. Epic took great care of us all and the wraps were delicious. Look forward to another Epic Adventure soon!

This was absolutely amazing! Spectacular scenery, the best guides you could hope for, everything provided, and everything at the pace you want. The island is outstanding, the drive along the Great Sandy Beach is just beautiful, the paddle boarding and kayaking make a perfect way to explore the beautiful crystal clear waters. If you are in the area forget about going to a day spa or an epic shopping trip on the Noosa strip...spend your money on this and go see where the real action is at!! You can do that other stuff some other time!

We had an Epic day. Well organised and great communication from first enquiry to drop off. Delicious wraps and fruit salad for lunch. We kayaked with lots of dolphins then a spot of surfing to finish. Helped by perfect weather it was a fantastic day for all of us. Parents and 2 15 yo girls.
Special thanks to our tour master for the day- Vince
