The Cathedral and Cloister are beautiful and not to be missed! Having said this critical issue in communication, we learned on site about the restoration of the apse, which was not reported on the site! The flowerbeds of the Cloister are very neglected

We went from Palermo by bus to Monreal paid 15 euros entrance fee. Well felt ripped off. I would say 5 euros would be enough. The best part of the alter was closed off for renovation went round it in 10 mins never again

It is absurd that you are not notified of the works, which cover the most beautiful and interesting part of the Cathedral, which you only realize after having entered having already paid.
Furthermore, you paid while driving, without receiving any ticket, which makes you think badly...

We were only able to enter the cathedral which is free. We paid 26 dollars for nothing. They say they don't know you. I wrote to the supplier and they sent me a QR code that was of no use. I would say it was a scam

We went here to check out the church and the cloister.
Was really nice to see all the artwork, tilework and history this place has had.
The gardens were also really nice.

Got to Monreale and was told the Viator vouchers were unofficial and not part of the Cloister ticket. Had to buy tickets there which were a 1/5 of the price Biator charged me. I am waiting for a full refund. We shall see. Monreale Cathedral itself was spectacular. A shame this happened and was told by Monreale staff it's a continuing problem with Viator customers

Incredible mixture of different styles and great example of abundance! Our children enjoyed ‘roof walk’ - it’s unique, don’t miss it! Dress code is strict, even for girls (my daughter is 11) - shoulders should be covered, shorts are not allowed. At the ticket office they offer solution for unprepared - for 1.5 eur you can buy disposable dess.
