Very picturesque, easy ride. Hill is not steep. We came in on the north entrance which is a gradual climb after a flat trip to the sculpture park. Guide was informative, kind and engaging.

Don’t be intimidated, this is a very easy ride, it’s picturesque and one of the highlights of my visit to Santiago. The start is in a residential neighborhood which seems a bit strange to begin with. Guide was kind, informative and engaging.

The bike tour was very nice. It gave us a different view of Santiago.
The guide Baltazar is very knowledgeable.
It was good that the tour started earlier. With temperatures over 30 Celsius, it could have started earlier.

Myself and my wife had a really enjoyable tour this morning with our guide Baltazar. His English was great and his knowledge of the city was very good. Thoroughly recommend this tour.

Our guide for our ride today was Baltazar. He was terrific. Not only did he take us on a fabulous bike ride but he also knew much about the history and the city. He made the guide very memorable and enjoyable.

Our ride with Valtazar today was so much fun!
We enjoyed fantastic views and were introduced to a beautiful park in the middle of the city. The trail down was scenic and exciting.
We would definitely recommend our guide, Valtazar, to anyone looking to learn about Santiago and Chilean history while on a mountain bike. He has a sound and insightful knowledge of both the immediate area as well as historical events.
Valtazar also made sure to observe our abilities during the ride in order to choose a safe and appropriate route for us. I would trust his judgment for any level of cycling ability.
It was a perfect way to spend the morning!

Sebastian led us up the river bike path to an entrance of the Park with a more accessible start point for riders of our age (60’s) and ability. It was the perfect warmup for the Park ride. There are no cars in the Park and it is easily accessible from anywhere in the city. The ride to the top in the evening in the sunset is fantastic.
Sebastian is a great guide and Huaso provides excellent bikes, helmets and gloves. All the right stuff for the ride.
If you enjoy a strenuous hilly scenic bike ride and are a tourist not familiar with the city and need a rental bike, I highly recommend this trip.
It was THE highlight of our visit to Santiago.

We were very lucky to be guided by Jaime who not only obviously enjoys what he does but took great care of us and allowed us a voice in what length and difficulty of ride we would be taking. The scenery was fabulous and the ride quite Magnificent. One of the bikes was not as good as the other in terms of gears but fortunately one of us is a better rider so he was able to manage this. Jaime did offer his bike which was incredibly kind of him. All in all a great trip.

Family of 5 .. parents and 3 young adults. Great trip with Jaime through the park (uphill .. downhill) all good terrain .. great views of the business district and the mountains.
Then, on to main part of the "old", more historic parts of the city and information of buildings, history, etc of Santiago.
Lunch in the central market (not included in ticket) before cycle back to drop off point.
A great time with Jaime .. full of fun and lots of information .. a great way to spend 5 hrs+

We enjoyed our private tour with Jaime. He shared his knowledge of Santiago and Chile, and easily accommodated our English-only needs. The tour was through the parks along both sides of the river, and had many photo opportunities. Jaime allowed us to move at our own pace, and was good about taking rest breaks and reminding us to drink water. We didn't feel rushed and really enjoyed our experience. At the end of the ride he even helped find our way back to the hotel and we greatly enjoyed the day!
