We are Rocco and Carla and together with our little helper Alexandro and Mamma Annamaria we are waiting for you for a unique experience. The passion for good food and the reciprocal experiences in the restaurant world have given life to our project: to combine gastronomic passion, family traditions and genuine food cooked with the products of our land. Already Papa Beniamino (BÈ), he delighted his guests from all over the world in the 60s, offering them culinary experiences. Since 2019 we have dedicated ourselves full time to your idea of hospitality "like in a family". There is nothing that makes us more proud to pass on our recipes, traditions and our love for food, keeping its memory intact.

Rocco and Carla were amazing! This was such an authentic and perfect experience for our honeymoon. They made us feel right at home with them and the food was delicious! We cannot recommend this enough!

We went to this experience towards the end of our trip and it was amazing. Would 100% recommend to anyone! Rocco and Carla were incredibly kind and welcoming and the food we made was delicious!

Absolutely lovely Italian experience!
Rocco and Carla was very welcoming to include us in a true Italian experience! Would recommend them anyday! My teenagers also had a very good time! We lived the home made organic wine!

Rocco and Carla were amazing and we had an amazing evening with them. The food was delicious and the experience was even better. Everything was fresh right from the garden and the view was amazing. I highly recommend this experience and wish to do it again soon.

Our experience with Rocco & Carla was one that my family & I will never forget!
We were welcomed into their home, with the most breathtaking views of the coast all while learning & cooking in their own backyard!
It was authentic, cozy, and simply perfect for my family! I can’t wait for our next vacation back to Priano so we can Cook with Rocco & Carla again!

This cooking class was excellent! Rocco and Carla were amazing hosts and made the experience so enjoyable. The food was delicious and they gave us lots of local recommendations, as well as shared the recipes with us! I’d recommend it to anyone visiting the amalfi coast- they also helped us navigate getting there, and met us at the bus stop to walk us there. So great!!

This cooking class was wonderful!! We made delicious pasta dishes and tiramisu. We enjoyed a few types of their homemade wine and it was great. Rocco and Carla were not only informative and fun, they were just delightful. They shared stories of their upbringing, and their young son made an appearance which was adorable

We had such a great experience cooking with Rocco and Carla. The venue was perfect - a lovely outdoor (covered) kitchen with incredible views, delicious wine and aperitif, and excellent instruction. Carla provided excellent feedback - ensuring a true learning experience. This was a genuine, in-home, local experience with a long-standing local family with true restaurant experience, without the pomp that can sometimes go with a class like this. The small group experience made it truly intimate and fun. Would highly recommend!
