Too many people food. Chicken and lettuce, no drink unless you asked for it. Difficult entry and exit to water overall not good. Sorry

Treated well, plenty of time to swim, good way to utilised a few hours in Crete. Food was edible, overall a pleasant experience

Was a lovely boat with very friendly crew, but not in your face. Provided a good lunch.

Could buy alcohol if you wanted but not a ‘boozy party boat’ so was great for couples wanting to swim snorkel and sail around the coast.

Good fun jumping from both the bottom and top decks into the crystal clear waters.

After a shaky start waiting an hour in the harbour with the wind affecting whether we could proceed with the trip we finally set off. Fortunately there were only approx 50 on the boat and there was plenty of space to lie on the deck in the sun .
I booked directly with George the day before at the harbour , paid a Deposit and then the rest on Mastercard the day of the trip.
My daughter and I enjoyed the trip , for the price we didn’t expect a grand tour of the island just a day out different to the pool hotel . You get the two swim stops as promised with opportunity to jump from the boat and then to swim to a small beach or cave . Equipment is provided if you are not a strong swimmer.
Lunch was lots of lettuce in olive oil/ vinaigrette with a large chicken breast cooked in herbs with a few slices of crusty bread … this suited me and my daughter and kept us full but there was also opportunity to purchase drinks and you can take snacks . Water melon was available too.
We got transport back to our hotel Belvedere included in the price 5 euro each for return , however the 2.5 k is walkable if you want to walk along the coast road and look at bars and shops.
Overall it was a pleasant day out and gave you a taster of the sea, you dont get to go far along the coast as you go towards Malia and then double back on yourself.

Crete is an amazing place with modern tourism and historical sites. The people are extremely helpful and friendly. We stayed at the city green hotel where we were more than catered for we were made to feel.as friends. The only downside were the journeys. Outward bound the assistance person made a cockup resulting in my wife's rollator being charged for as baggage. Then homeward bound there was an absolute disaster. There was only one assistance person available although two aircraft landed with several people needing help. As a result we were delayed passing immigration and customs so missing our bus connection
As a result we had to spend 3hours I in Heathrow's appalling waiting room then travel on an overnight bus to Torquay where we arrived at 0500 on a cold wet morning . E
asyJet Gatwick and Heathrow need to pay more attention to the needs of disabled passengers

Great tour. We stopped in two bays to swim. The second bay was also great for snorkeling. The food was delicious and there was a wide selection of drinks on deck. All in all, a wonderful tour with great weather!

We went on this trip a few days ago and honestly everything was perfect. The staff on board are super kind and friendly and you definitely have a good laugh with them. The trip itself was amazing got to see some incredible Cretan views and swimming in the sea was just the perfect experience!

Wonderful sailing trip around the bag of Hersonissos! Went with my girlfriend and we absolutely loved the chance to swim and snorkel in deeper waters, do some diving and look at the local marine life. Second swimming stop was the best, swam to a cave in the water, saw a huge school of fish aswell very very close to us. Food was decent, enough to refuel after swimming (vegetarians beware - vegetarian option of the meal was just salad and bread, not the best). I do have to mention the biggest problem with this trip - how packed the boat gets. The capacity of the boat has been stretched to the maximum, and more people = bigger chance theres going to be some annoying family or group of tourists to ruin the trip for everyone! Thankfully, for us the company was alright, but it might not be the same for everyone.

We had a wonderful trip on the Eleni, all the crew are so friendly and relaxed. The atmosphere on the boat was very relaxed and enjoyable. The boat was spotless and there was amble space for everyone. The lunch provided was delicious. We made two stops, you could jump from the boat and on the second stop we swam to a cave. There are Snorkels onboard, lots of fish to see. George was very helpful, the captain even organised for us to get back to our hotel. The crew are just very friendly and obliging. Would highly recommend.

Disaster! I have booked a snorkeling trip, but ended up in a bay 4.5 metres deep with cold, around 16 C water sitting on the boat for 2.5 hours doing nothing. There were no more than 10 people swimming out of nearly 100 on the boat . Few others tried but got back due to the water being too cold. The captain explained that due to the extremely high waves, for the safety reasons he cannot proceeded with the normal trip plan. I accept that, however I believe that he knew that before we left the port and the the cruise should have been canceled at that point , but he proceeded with the trip anyway. After heated arguments with the captain he decided to return back to the port.
