We booked it and then nobody showed up. The company was called by me and Viator tour organizer… no answer. Getting a refund is worst experience. Have to contest with credit card. Just awful. Stay away!!

Communication after booking was good. Directions for the pick up at the airport were simple. Hotel pick up was early so whole experience was excellent.

Very professional service, easy to book, we were sent detailed instructions and driver's contact almost immediately after booking. Drivers were always on time and they even let us change our pick up time a few hours before our transfer to the airport was originally booked for. Very afordable price!
