Was a small car instead of the pictured van. But all around great service. Was waiting for us when we arrived in Nairobi with a name card so he was easy to find.

The vehicle advertised for transfer from Jomo airport is not what I received. I requested a large (SUV/Van) vehicle because we had 3 large luggage; an electric wheelchair & my husband is very tall. The driver showed up in a small car that was barley able to fit our luggage. Ultimately, I didn't get what I paid for & the driver made it clear that he wanted a tip (the size of the car may not have been his fault).

On time and efficient service. I had been worried as to whether they would be there given the lateness of the flight. I appreciated the safety of a private transfer.

Although driver was not there when we arrived, he was very friendly and personable. Car was not a van or as nice as pictured. Service was good.

No issues at all. Booked through tripadvisor, met at airport and picked up from hotel on time by Antony. Excellent customer service from both office (responding to emails) and Antony. Tip: if you want to get into the city faster, ask for the option to use the freeway with toll.

Online booking was very easy and communication was fast and easy. Even though my flight was an hour late, Ben was still there waiting for me and he texted me his location and a picture of the sign he was holding so it was easy to locate him in the Arrivals section. I would definitely book again -great service!

Our driver was great, getting through passport and baggage was awful, but he waited patiently for us. And if you’ve never experienced Nairobi traffic, I really can’t explain it but you’ll never forget it. Thank god for our driver

My drivers from the airport to my hotel and from my hotel to the airport were so knowledgeable and freely shared information about Kenya and her people with me. As they are the first people I interacted with, I felt at home!
