Used the service twice during my recent visit to Morocco. On both Occasions the service was excellent. Communication with the company, by email or phone, was easy and changes were accommodated without any fuss. Drivers were very courteous, always on time and very safe. highly recommended.

The driver picked us up early but was patient until we were ready. He was courteous and the car was clean and well maintained. The drive was easy and we felt very comfortable.

We confirmed pickup point and time twice the night prior and driver was still 30 minutes late. Driver spoke no English and kept rudely burping loudly. I called our hotel manager and asked him to tell the driver to hurry because he came 30 mins late, driver started yelling at our hotel manager on the phone. We stopped to get gas and he drove off with the trunk open, had to tell him so he pulled over and shut it. Overall a super weird experience, but we got to Casablanca in time for our flight.

This worked very well for us, but our driver didn't speak very good English. The car was very comfortable and the drive was very quick and efficient. He did stop for us to use the restroom at a very clean facility.

The day I am going to write about is perhaps the most unpleasant and upsetting day of our lives: myself, my wife and my mother in law.
We booked this private transfer from Sofitel Casablanca to Pullman Marrakech Palmeraie. The driver picked us up from Sofitel Casablanca. Then we were being taken to Pullman Marrakech. Not very far from Pullman Marrakech Hotel, the driver made a very foolish decision to take a short cut where he drove off the main street on to a sandy track through heavy piles of sand!!
At first, my wife was very concerned about our safety and we did not like the way the driver has taken an alternative route not following the main road. Well, our worries came into reality when the van got bogged in the heavy sand. The driver tried to get the van out of the sand but failed. He tried to push and at one point we all got out of the van and pushed the van but the sand was so thick and dense it completely covered most of the wheels!!
The driver then left us and ran away without explaining to us what he was doing!!
We were very upset that the driver left us in the middle of the dry land in the heat with no explanation about what he was going to do?? My wife was so distressed that she started texting family members that they may not see us again! So many things were running in our minds, Why did the driver just abandon us with his door open? Are we going to get robbed or hurt!!
Approximately, after 40 minutes, the driver came back with two other men in a truck. They tried to tow the van with a hose but didn't work! They left to get a stronger steel cable and returned like 20 minutes. This time it worked but by this time it was already 1 hour 30 minutes in the desert area. My wife and mother in law were dehydrated and filled with anxiety.
My mother in law has a weak heart and a bad knee. My wife has developed anxiety now after this incident. We are angry and disappointed. I prepaid this private transfer from Australia so that the ladies get a good service and not to expect such an unpleasant thing which happened.
