Myself, my husband, and my parents went on this excursion together while in Play del Carmen. It was my parents' first time snorkeling so they were a bit nervous. Both of them had a hard time adjusting at first but the guides were patient. My mom needed to get out, due to a bad muscle cramp, so they helped her immensely to get back onto the boat. We were able to see so many fish, sea turtles, star fish, and even a nurse shark! He took pictures for us (because our phone cases made it difficult to operate the camera). *we did have to pay for the pics but they were great!* Lunch was just ok. None of us were impressed but we were starving so we ate it anyway. Omar was fantastic as well. He was informative and made sure we got to and from our resort without issue.
