2. Blue Mosque
The Blue Mosque (Called Sultanahmet Camii in Turkish) is an historical mosque in Istanbul. The mosque is known as the Blue Mosque because of blue tiles surrounding the walls of interior design.Mosque was built between 1609 and 1616 years, during the rule of Ahmed I.We will enter to this mosque and you will have a wonderful experience of being in a historical mosque.
3. Hagia Sophia Mosque
Often referred to as the eighth wonder of the World, the Hagia Sophia (Ayasofya in Turkish) in Sultanahmet is easily one of Istanbul's most impressive sights. It also must have one of the most turbulent histories of any museum in the world. We will enter this museum and you will hear the fascinating historical facts and stories about this masterpiece.
4. Topkapi Palace
The Topkapi Palace is the biggest and one of the most popular sites to visit in Istanbul. It was built in between 1466 and 1478 by the sultan Mehmet II on top of a hill in a small peninsula, dominating the Golden Horn to the north, the Sea of Marmara to the south, and the Bosphorus strait to the north east, with great views of the Asian side as well.We will enter this palace and you will have a fascinating journey through Ottoman Empire times.
5. Galata Tower
The Galata Tower, Galata Kulesi in Turkish, is one of the highest and oldest towers of Istanbul. 63 meter (206 feet) high tower provides a panoramic view of the old town. It was built in the 14th century by the Genoese colony as part of the defense wall surrounding their district at Galata directly opposite ancient Constantinopolis.We will go this tower by walking on the galata bridge and you will get a chance to take amazing photos.
6. Istiklal Caddesi
When it comes to Istiklal Street (Istiklal Avenue), it is a must for all travelers in Istanbul. Istiklal Street which means “Independence Avenue” is a 1,5 km. long colorful pedestrian street and grand boulevard cutting through Beyoglu and full of all kind of shops, restaurants, cafes, street shows and it is located by the Taksim Square.The nostalgic tram runs through the length of the Istiklal Street. Istiklal Street is also one of the best places to see in Istanbul.We will walk through this street.
7. Kadikoy Carsisi
Kadikoy, with its lively atmosphere and city life, historical buildings, being an important transportant hub, market, large young and student population, cultural events & arts, shopping centers, cafes, pubs and restaurants by the seaside and inland and lively nightlife especially along its famous “Bar Street” and the nearby residential suburb of beautiful Moda, is one of the most popular and colourful districts of Istanbul. In Kadikoy you may experience and enjoy how the Istanbul locals live.We will visit this asian part of the city and have delicious Turkish food there.
