This was a rusty, falling apart boat that had life vest that were also falling apart. There was horrible, blue Astroturf everywhere, and the beer and drinks were gross, I was brought to a horrible buffet with subpar food. And then on to a golf cart tour that had golf carts that were falling apart, resting and screws out that scratched my legs on top of this they rudely asked for tips multiple times and said it was for their family and then over the speaker announced that they were thanking everybody who gave them tips as it was for their family, and then sent the guy who had the tip box to stand Where we were putting our shoes on on the dock to make us feel guilty I guess

I enjoyed the crew and the tour. However I didn’t not like that we had to wait an hour for pickup with the transportation company.

Great experience! The crew was wonderful. The parking is the bad part. We were told we had to leave our car and keys with the “valet” and paid $20 to park. We left our car with the “valet” and they stole the spare tire out the rental car.

The place they took us to snorkel was not good. It had no fish or reef for colors. Also, the snorkeling was a very very short time. There is not enough time to do anything in the town of Isla Mujeres. They only give you one hour. It’s not enough time to really do anything. Too much time at the beach area with at best a mediocre buffet. My recommendation would be to cancel the snorkeling altogether. Shorten the time at the beach area and extend the period of time in the town. The staff however, was absolutely excellent. The host made the trip fun and pleasurable.

Great crew! Very helpful, friendly, made sure all had a good time.
Did not have an enjoyable experience snorkeling. The water was very choppy, Alfredo was a great guy, helped me thru it.
All in all was a good experience.

We had an amazing time. We did upgrade to platinum status for $44 a person. We got a larger catamaran and only 2.0 people on board. There was an open area with pillows to sit in sun or covered area. Open bar with waiter services. Photographer taking pictures all throughout the day. Scuba diving is great but you need to be a good swimmer. We made stops on 2 different parts of the island of Isla Mujeres. One stop is shopping area. The next stop was the private beach club where we had buffet lunch and any drinks you wanted. After lunch our boat guide brought us to golf cart area to take ride to the end and see the spectacular views. Our boat reserved our carts while we were traveling. It was $35 but was super fun. It was a perfect day! I strongly recommend the upgrade small amount of people over the smaller boat with lots of people.

We were told we would have a 42 foot boat, but when we got there we were told we would have to be on a 75 foot boat, BUT would upsell us$50 per person to be on the boat we originally asked for.
We were told we would have appetizers on the boat. No food.
We were told we could have premium drinks, ONLY if we upgraded-not what we were sold.
We could not drink until after snorkeling.
Drinks were terrible and they really pushed the beer and we would have to ask for a mixed drink.

Would recommend spending the extra money for the 60% capacity boat ride...more intimate, more fun, and you have plenty of seating. Our sailors and captain.were hilarious and professional...they kept the drinks flowing!!!
