we had no memories, because we were never picked up for the excursion on the original day it was scheduled. We were told originally the van had troubles and then we were told the "parks" were shut down and the excursion was canceled. We rescheduled it for the following day and asked the representative to please CALL and email us verifying the trip was still on since it was canceled the original day. We never received a confirmation it was on so assumed it was canceled again. We received messages the following morning asking why we weren't in the lobby ready for pick up. I emailed back and stated I wanted my money back for all of the mixed up issues related to this excursion. I will not recommended Viator to anyone after this mishap.
