Done through tematique tours , our guide Erol was very informative, we met him at the allocated place ( hotel ) & walked to aya Sophia & then to Topkapi . Explanation was good & we enjoyed the day .

My experience was outstanding. I had a great tour guide, Billura. We visited the Topkapi Palace for 2 hours. Billura had a great wealth of information, including both fun facts and good stories. She also made recommendations that saved me money. After the tour of the Topkapi Palace, she recommended a wonderful place for lunch, the Basilica Cistran, and the Grand Bizarre, which are amazing places. Again she gave me a lot of information, recommendations, as well very good suggestions. I highly recommend the tour with Billura, she adapted the tour to my interests, had significant knowledge, and is an outstanding guide.

The tour name is misleading, the topkapi palace ticket was NOT included. Furthermore the information that was given was short and way too brief. We expected a lot more knowledge and information in both buildings.
In the Topkapi Palace the tour was way too short. For the money that they ask, this tour is definitely not worth it.
The only positive was the tour guide was a lovely person, however that's not what we paid for.

This was one of the best tours I’ve ever been to. It was only me and my partner so it was very private. Our tour guide, Elif was so friendly and knowledgeable, I asked her so many questions and she was like a walking history book and answered all of them.
I learnt so much about Istanbul as we traveled across town to different location.
In addition, she went above and beyond to ensure we got the best deal as we roamed through the Grand Bazaar.
This left a deep impression within me, and desire to learn more about the rich history and culture Istanbul has offer.
I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone looking to understand these landmarks from the perspective of a local.

Really sorry but it was the worst tour we 've ever had! Before the tour we received 2 messages that we should be in the meating time a bit earlier just to be sure that there would be no delays and it turned out that all the group was there in time except from our guide who came 20 minutes later and then we waited for 10 more minutes to get the cards. So the tour began half past hour later. Then we were waiting in the line to get to Hagia Sofia and when we were in the door, our guide just threw us 3 lines about the monument and said that it is not allowed to speak inside so she would wait us outside. Sadly, it seems that only our guide couldn't speak inside the Mosque as all the groups entered with their guide!! So we got no further details and we didn' know what to look for! Luckily, 1 person of the group already had a tour the previous day and gave us some tips about it!!!! Also, I should add that because of the delay we entered the Hagia Sofia in time of praying, meaning that the women couldn't move freely in the temple because some places were restricted.
In Top Capi, at first we were waiting the long queus( it was supposed to be a skip the line tour) and after 15 minutes, all of a sudden, we moved forward! Still we got poor information about this monument also.
Just to make the long story short, the tour didn' t worth a dollar we spent! We would have done a lot of better just by ourselves and we would have saved our money!!!

I expected something very different. I was very disappointed with the very little information about the two sightseeings given from the Tour Guide. I thought there would be advanced Information about Hagia Sophia and topkapi Palast. The Tour Guide bought the ticket for us and told us where to get in line for the queue. I can do that by myself. The price (40€; I booked one day before) is definitely not adequate. I would never book it again.
