PRIVATE TOUR. [Choose Up to 3 ATTRACTIONS] Take a tour down to the South Coast of Jamaica and explore its natural beauty on a private tour.

We start the tour with a pickup from your hotel or Airbnb. Transportation in provided in well kept, air-conditioned mini-van or bus.

Unlike many other tours, our tour includes stops at your choice of up to THREE of the following: Appleton Estates Rum Tour, YS Falls, Black River Safari or Floyd’s Pelican Bar.

The Appleton Estates rum tour demonstrates how rum is made, then try some samples and take a bottle or two home with you! Next, swim in the natural pools at YS Falls with the option to Zip Line to see the full beauty of nature. Cruise down the Black River in a pontoon boat to see the crocodiles, or sail out to Floyd’s Pelican Bar, a tiny driftwood bar stilted over a sandbar a quarter of a mile out in the sea.

NOTE: Entrance fees are not included. YS Falls is closed on Mondays, and Appleton Rum Tour is closed on Sunday & Monday.

1. Black River

2. The Joy Spence Appleton Estate Rum Experience
The Appleton Estate Rum Tour is a popular tourist attraction in Jamaica. It is located in the picturesque Nassau Valley on Jamaica’s South Coast. The tour takes you on a journey through time to learn about the history of rum and to give you an inside look at how the finest rum in the world is made. You will take in the beauty, character and color of their estate’s grounds which offer plenty of unique photo opportunities. The tour moves outside to the beautifully landscaped grounds where they take a multi-sensory journey from cane to cocktail and discover how they have crafted the Appleton Estate Rums since 1749, including visits to the distillery and aging house and a guided tasting of three Appleton Estate Rums. NOTE: Appleton is closed on Sunday & Monday
3. YS Falls
Ys Falls is located off the beaten path amidst the lush and rugged greenery of the island’s south coast. YS Falls is a seven-tiered waterfall that cascades into natural pools for swimming. Try the exhilarating canopy zipline tour, soaring 40 feet above the falls. Unwind in the Natural Spring Pool, with crystal-clear waters and a comforting 4ft depth. Explore the Relaxing Gardens with ginger lily walkways. This adventure promises unforgettable moments in nature. NOTE: YS Falls is closed on Mondays
4. Floyd's Pelican Bar
The Pelican Bar is built on sand dunes about a 20-minute boat ride from the mainland. It is made of driftwood and offers a memorable experience with stunning views and great food. You can swim or snorkel in the shallow waters, and play a round or two of dominoes. Top it off with a cold Red Stripe Beer It is known as “the coolest bar in the Caribbean”. This is definitely something to add to your bucket list!

Marc was our tour guide and driver. He had such a great personality and was a wealth of knowledge on Jamaican history which made our drive to the various locations an absolute treat! We learned so much and also shared so many laughs along the way! We chose to stop at YS Falls, the Rum Tour, and the Pelican Bar. All fantastic choices! Marc was also kind enough to take us to a restaurant off-the-beaten-path to try some local food for lunch. Overall great experience! Would highly recommend!

It was a wonderful experience with the family and tour guide. We had to hold each other’s hand as we went into the water. Which was good.

Full day excursion. Tour guide katie was great and informative. Lifeguard at falls was amazing with my daughters.... walked them across the falls, holding their hands.

We had an amazing time thanks to Wayne. He's such a funny guy! We didn't feel rushed at all and he was flexible with us. However, we did feel that the local tour guide at YS Falls was a bit rude and rush us along then demanded a tip. Overall, I would recommend this tour!

We went on a black river safari hoping to see some crocodiles. We were not disappointed. We had a very knowledgeable guide who explained all of the birds and wildlife to us. He called the crocs over and they came. He was able to touch them as well. A good experience

I went on this excursion with 5 other girlfriends. We had a really fun day with our tour guide, Giovanni. He was a great tour guide who provided interesting facts of the island, took us to get local food and souvenirs, and allowed us time to get the full experience at each location. We highly recommend this trip!

Wonderful day. Our driver Giovanni was an excellent driver around winding roads while imparting alot of local knowledge. Quick with a genuine smile and made sure we were comfortable. Appleton was great. Falls and black river safari good. Long drive from Montego Bay but worth it.
My only question was why a large van was used for only 2 people. A smaller vehicle would have been better.

The tour of Appleton, trip to the YS Falls, and Floyd's Pelican Bar are must see spots in Jamaica. Do not miss out! It's a great way to see the countryside. This tour was well priced for a full day excursion too.
Jovain was an amazing tour guide and driver. He shared history, pointed out landmarks along the way, nice conversation, and we jammed to good music. Great positive vibes. Request him if you can!

Great fun jumping in and doing g rope swing and crossing the river going across the rapids was fun too! Appleton was very informative and the rums were well tasty!
