If I could give zero starts I would.
Booked and paid for a limo on 7th December from Manhattan to JFK. Payment taken but car never came and they cancelled the booking as traffic was too busy! I have reached out 4 times to be refunded and still not received my payment back. Avoid at all costs very poor service

The driver was on time, in the right spot and had fantastic customer service. Last time, I used a different company and regretted it.
