Overall the tour is great.
Every single person from the tour company is really friendly and helpful. We had great communication via Viator app and WhatsApp.
We particularly appreciate the pick up services, Egypt is not an easy country to travel around, this helped us avoided many scams.
Few improvements:
- the flights are booked with cheap airline and really weird times, I understand the company wants to cut cost. Our tour finished at 3pm, the return flight was booked at 9 am , we arrived our hotel past midnight, it’s really tiring and not efficient.
- The cruise was one of the oldest/less fancy one, overall is acceptable, it’s middle of below middle range
-the company should share the plan in advance, we got our itinerary few days before the trip, def very last minute
-tour guides were mixed , not everyone is professional, some of them only want to bring us to shops and they can get commission

What a terrific journey! We had a fantastic three-day trip from Aswan to Luxor, which included a thrilling balloon ride and intriguing sightseeing. I flew from Cairo without incident. As we cruised by ancient buildings, the tranquil Nile unveiled its treasures. We spent two nights on a lovely cruise with excellent service and delectable meals. The highlight: floating above Luxor in a hot air balloon! We learned a lot about Egypt's intriguing history thanks to the guided excursions. This vacation seamlessly blends rest and adventure. A fantastic adventure!
