Istanbul is such a marvelous city where east and west meet and split. It had been capital of empirements for 1700 years where Europe Continent ends and Asia Continent starts. Therefore, it has been the city of palaces, royal churhes, mosques and shopping. Most beautiful buildings had been built here. Finest arts had been prepared and crafted here. Let's meet and explore all these highlights in old city together. I will do my best to introduce Highlights of Istanbul with my 30 years guidance experiance. Also, I have a priority to skip ticket lines. So You are not going to be waiting for tickets in Basilica Cistern and Topkapı Palace.

Zerrin met us at the port as scheduled when we disembarked our ship. Communication with Zerrin leading up to our arrival in Istanbul, through What’s App and Viator, was exemplary. She conscientiously planned our visits to the 4 major sites to avoid crowds and minimize lines and delays to enter. From the port Zerrin assisted us in purchasing a tram ticket to get to the Sultanahmet area where the mosques, cistern and palace are located. During our tram ride, and while walking from place to place, Zerrin shared her wealth of knowledge and throughout our time together it felt like we were being guided by a friend. I requested that she purchase tickets in advance so we could skip and/or minimize standing in line. She did and I reimbursed her for all tickets as entry fees are not included in the price of the tour. Important to note, Zerrin is a LICENSED tour guide. This means with her you enter through a separate guided tour guide entrance. The only delay to entry would be if another guided tour group happened to be in this special line ahead of us which we did NOT encounter at all. Another bonus, beyond Zerrin’s wealth of information and experience, is she has a photography background and takes fabulous photos. This was fantastic because I am usually the person taking photos (and rarely in them) and Zerrin was proactive about taking photos with her camera and ours when she saw a good photo op. I knew our day would be long so I asked that she include a lunch stop and to choose a restaurant that offered vegan options. She did and we enjoyed a lovely delicious meal together which was our pleasure to treat. Zerrin is extremely personable, genuine and knowledgeable and we could not have asked for a better person or guide to spend our day with.

Zerrin was amazing. Me and my family had the best time strolling around and looking at all of the attractions. Zerrin was understanding, helped us with everything and made us feel comfortable. No words can describe how amazing she was.

We had a fantastic time in Istanbul. Zerrin was a fun tour guide with lots of experiences, knowledge, and passion on the history, culture and arts in Istanbul and Turkey. The tour was a fun leaning experience! We visited historical sites of mosques and palaces, bazaars for shopping and boat trips around Istanbul. Our 4 day trip with Zerrin was full of unique experiences, good laughters and fun stories. Thank you Zerrin for organizing the 4 full day itineraries for us and showing us the beautiful city, Istanbul!!! We miss Istanbul already!

Zerrin's guided tour of the Grand Bazzar was fantastic!! I wish I could give her more stars in the rating! She explained the history of the bazaar and why it was located there. Her knowledge is amazing.
Zerrin took us past the touristy places and showed us the family-owned authentic shops. She knew the shop owners personally and told us about where they were from, all around Turkey, and the families. This was wonderful - I felt that I could trust the shop keepers! It was amazing to meet the people who created the products we were buying. It meant that each item was unique. Zerrin explained that she took usnto stores where locals buy!
Many of the sellers in the Bazzar are too pushy, but Zerrin took us to places where the shop owners were very nice and didn't expect us to buy anything. In the ceramics store, we even got a workshop!! It was so nice to spend time and get to know the artisans. They had many interesting stories. They didn't rush us and answered our questions.
Zerrin also gave us advice on the prices and bartering. It was clear that we got better pricing because Zerrin knew the shop owners. We were confident that we didn't get charged tourist prices.
The Grand Bazzar is huge and overwhelming. Zerrin made it a fantastic experience with her knowledge, relationships with shop owners, and navigation to authilentic, unique stores. Thank you Zerrin for such an amazing time!! I highly recommend Zerrin's tour!!

Zerrin is amazing! She’s a treasure trove of information and sets a pace that’s appropriate to the group. We were concerned that we wouldn’t be able to see the city because of the 1/2 marathon but she adjusted things around and we got to see everything we wanted to see, including the cisterns. I highly recommend Zerrin- just a wonderful experience.

Zennir was just excellent.
We toured throughout Istanbul with her. Super informative and knowledgeable. She took into account our different preferences and managed to cater to us all.
I would highly recommend this toor for any small or large group.

Zerrin welcome us like friends and family , she took us in tour that we will never forget , it was our anniversary and she made us feel special since the beginning to the end.
This is our second time using her services . We had a wonderful experience our first time in 2014 and finally we were back to see her this last June 2023. Can’t wait to come back and Tour Capadocia with her 💕
