What a great day tour from Taormina thanks to Sergio our tour driver. He gave us an historical overview on the way to Syracuse and shared many helpful tips for our stay in Taormina. The highlight of the trip was Ortigia. Sergio walked us around the island. We saw the key sites, strolled through an outdoor market and stopped to eat a delicious panini.

Sergio is a fantastic tour guide. On the way to Siracusa he gave a an entire history lesson of Sicily and things that we should be prepared for once we arrived at Siracusa and Ortigia. Throughout the entire day he took his time showing us all of the historical items and site seeing opportunities along the way. Most importantly he was knowledgeable about all the sites and the areas PLUS he took his time and we never felt rushed. We can’t compliment Sergio enough. I would highly recommend requesting him for this tour.
