This was the best trip ever. We were picked up in front of our hotel at agreed time. Drive to out camp was very comfortable. Our tour guide was amazing and he spoke with all or us to see what was the best option on how to spend our 3 days of safari. Camp where we stayed was way better than we could imagine. Accommodation, food , staff was excellent. We want to Massai village which one one in a lifetime experience. People were very nice and infom us about everything and we really enjoyed time with them. In the evening we would hand out in camp around fire where we share our experiences and hang out with Massai people.
We had whole day of game drive and it was breathtaking from the start. Our tour gide Dickson was excellent, we saw all the animals there and he really did his best to make that happen. All day was perfect, we even had lunch under the trees while elephant were passing by. Pure perfection. We find out so much about the park and animals and so many stories that our tour guide share with us that we will remember for ever same as the whole trip. All in all everything was perfectly organised and definitely something I would recommend to everyone. We are grateful for Hyrax Safaries for making this the best trip of our lifes. Thank you

The tour exceeded my expectations. We spent 1.5 days up close with so many animals in the Maasai Mara safari. I thought we’d be far away from animals and had bought binoculars to prepare for the trip but I didn’t really need them since we were so close - almost too close, a bit scary - to all the key animals like lions, elephants, giraffes, zebras, hippos, etc. We even saw a cheetah up close. It was just like Lion King or the movie Madagascar. Our driver Moses and his partner were super helpful and experienced. I also enjoyed the company of my 6 fellow travelers. The tent I stayed at was much better than expected, with its own shower and toilet. The only issue was that we only had electricity 4 hours at night and 2 hours in the morning, but even that was tolerable as the temperature was perfect. Thanks so much for the once in a lifetime experience. I also enjoyed the Maasai village. I would do it again, next time with my kids.

Amazing safari group they know very well their area, the animals' behaviour and their movement patterns🐾. Best package = affordable prices + hospitable treatment + skilled driver and guide🥰. We saw all big 5🦏 except for the leopard🐆. We also saw lions attacking a baffalo and having a feast🦁, unforgettable! Food was home made and healthy. We slept in tents and felt very safe. Highly recommended!

Irene was very efficient and supportive from the moment she sent the quote to the moment I returned home; she was always available to answer any questions and ease any doubts or concerns. The whole journey was incredibly smooth, from being picked up to the airport, going to the camp, Lake Nakuru and then back to the airport; the drivers were professional, knowledgeable and were always willing to answer any questions. The adventure itself was spectacular, with such experienced drivers, we were able to see some spectacular sights, the highlight being able to witness a pride of lionesses hunt.
The “budget camp” was better than expected - the tent had a comfortable double bed, with a mosquito net draping over it, as well as a fully functional bathroom. Although there was electricity in the tents, the camp did not have wifi. The food, despite being limited in choice, was always good quality, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxed.
The visit to the Masai village was an eye-opening experience, and it was an honour to share their culture. After mentioning that I was a teacher, they invited me to tour the local school too. The hospitality demonstrated by everyone was genuine.
I had an amazing time on this four day safari and would highly recommend this experience.

Our experience was brilliant. From Emma being so very helpful with coordinating everything while booking and then on arrival getting introduced to the expert guide, Dan. Very passionate, knowledgable and experienced. There was no cutting corners ever. He was very friendly and made us feel very welcomed, he had our safety, welfare ,comfort and experience a priority.

I really enjoyed the Safari. The agency was very helpful, organized and reliable. I was traveling alone and feeling safe was one of my major priorities and it was great. Irene was always ready to help. She also answered all my questions and even offered tour options based on my needs. I highly recommend them.

This experience was really amazing!! From the beginning to the end, our guide was Kikitu, the best guide ever! He has a really good energy, made us laughing all the time and most importantly, he tried really hard to show us all the animals in the Masai Mara, so we were able to see almost everything with him. If you are going for Safari, ask for him, you will have lot of fun! He really enjoys his job and he tries to do always the best.

Thank you to Irene for being so helpful with my booking and communicating all the details with me timeously. Our guide Moses was amazing as he really went out of his way to make sure we had the best view of all the animals, it was such a fun trip and I met other wonderful people as I was traveling solo. I would highly recommend it.
