The driver was was very polite. He reached out to me the night before to confirm time and place. Which was helpful. And he was prompt the next morning at 5:30am. We arrive safely and on time at the airport. Thank you.

I gave the company a 3 only because they recovered well. There was apparently a mix up on my reservation. I was never contacted and had to contact the company the day of my pickup and fortunately I didnt want until the last minute. The instructions on the viator need to be clearer on how the process works.

This experience was Awesome! I received a text the day before confirming my 4:30am pick up time. We walked out at 4:27am and our driver was there. Very nice and courteous.
