This was an excellent tour we went for my wife's 60th who is a Godfather fanatic. Marcello our guide was excellent, he turned up on time next to our hotel and was very polite, courteous and funny. Marcello did not only have an extensive knowledge of the Godfather trilogy (which his grandfather made an apperance in) but he also covers the history of the region and stops to describe many of the plants passed on the way . Other people in our hotel went on much more expensive Godfather tours only to be dropped of at the locations and let to roam with no guide. Marcello also seems to have preferential treatment at Bar Vitelli in Savoca where we queue hopped and were given tables. Cannot recommend this tour with Marcello enough, my wife was brought to tears.

Our amazing guide Rosario took us by private van to Savoca. We saw the Bar Vitelli where Michael saw and met Apollonia and her father and brothers. We walked up to the church where they were married. It was a beautiful little town. We went on to Forza Di Agra where many more scenes were filmed. The two towns are beautiful and we enjoyed the walk. We were able to get a granita and some wine at Bar Vitelli.
Excellent 4 hour tour!

We had the most amazing tour with Rasario- he was amazing- so informative and a lovely person. The whole Godfather tour was fantastic and we learned so much about Sicily as well. The views were incredible. This private tour is definitely worth booking!

Such an enjoyable tour, we were lucky enough to meet the woman who played Apollonia's mother from the movie. Wonderful guide, great restaurant for lunch. Highly recommended

This tour was one of the highlights of our trip to Sicily. The Sicilian countryside is so spectacular and the tour guide Marcello brought us to all the best places and was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was patient with our toddler who was not in the best of form 😅 It was great to see Forza D'Agro and Savoca where the Godfather movies were filmed, and stopping at some local shops along the way. Even if you hadn't seen the movies, it is still a great trip to see the beautiful scenery. We really enjoyed the trip and would highly recommend it 👌
