-Cu Chi is now considered a heroic district for its role in the anti - American war in Vietnam. It is legendary for its tunnels system of over 220km and is a popular spot for both Vietnamese and foreign visitors.
-The peacefully rural rice paddy scenery contains ducks and water buffalos swimming in the rivers alongside the road. Visitors will find it hard to imagine the destructions, damage and defoliation all over the area, caused by bombing and mines, When Cu Chi was " A Free Target Zone ". The remnants visitors will see show Cu Chi still has her evidence to prove the fierce battleground that took place there.

The trip is convenient and the guide, Haley is very informative and funny. She told us a glimpse of the history of the tunnel and the Vietnam culture without forgetting the witty remarks. If you stay in district 1 area, the guide will pick you up near your hotel. They will reach you out first a day before the trip, so make sure you put your number correctly. Overall it was a pleasant and informative trip.

We (group of 4 Dutch friends) visited the Cu Chi tunnels mid June 2024. We had a great time, and Alison and her colleagues arranged everything perfectly. From pick-up to bringing us back in one piece. The trip itself was very worthwhile. The guide was knowledgeable and his English was very good to understand. We loved the historic information related to the tunnels, how the tunnels were dug and how the Vietnamese used it in the war.
There is an extra stop in the middle of the drive where victims of agent orange make amazing paintings. It is definitely worth to join this as well, to put the effects of agent orange into perspective and to support this cause.
There is opportunity to shoot with old war-guns for some extra money which we did as well (AK-47, m16 and even an old machine gun). Thanks a lot Alison and the rest of the team!

The operator kindly contacted me via WhatsApp, so I was able to participate in the tour with peace of mind. The guide spoke Japanese, so I was able to learn about the history of the Cu Chi Tunnels and the Vietnam War. It was a good experience to pay extra to try out the AK47.

Our guide Duy was very friendly and informative. They gave us a bottle of water for the journey and strawberry bun as a light snack during lunchtime as the tour only ends around 3pm. They informed me of the meeting location and timing one day before the tour, both by the tour operator and the tour guide herself.
Overall i would recommend this tour operator and tour guide to others.

I highly recommend this tour. Interesting and educational. Our tour guide kept us on a good relaxed pace, not too fast and not too slow. He was happy, kind, pleasant and attentive. I learned alot and met many interesting people on this tour.
