We enjoyed all activities the whole cruise. Our guide was timely organized with the itinerary and very helpful. And a special thanks to our local tour arranger Ms. Quyen from SST Travel, who has helped me so much to make my whole trips to Hanoi-Sapa-Halon Bay so enjoyable and memorable. What we love about is the support behind the sight. The Tourist Agent is so helpful and patient to provide all trip information we need to plan ourand being flexible for making changes. Ms Quyen of SST Travel has been providing us superb customer service, the like our local tour guide or friend Whatsapp.
We have travveled many countries around the world, specially SE Asia adds a lot of peace of mind or hassel free life when you have a friend agent that is helpful.

Bad arrangement. Booked the cruise and paid in advance but they informed us that it was full and requested extra money for upgrading it to another cruise. Really bad experience.

Our experience with SST Travels was extremely disappointing. They abruptly canceled our booking for Halong Bay, claiming an overbooking issue, which completely ruined our honeymoon plans. Their lack of professionalism and inability to honor their commitments left us with a negative impression and a ruined trip.

I had the most horrendous experience with SST travel recently. After booking a tour to Halong Bay 15 days in advance, they inexplicably cancelled our confirmed tickets just two days before the departure date. This tour was supposed to coincide with my birthday, and it was the highlight of our Vietnam trip from India.
Their excuse? Some supposed "mass booking" that they couldn't accommodate. This is beyond unacceptable. They ruined a significant part of our vacation, and I can't express how deeply disappointed and frustrated I am with their lack of professionalism.
I strongly advise against using them for any bookings. They've demonstrated a complete disregard for their customers' plans and expectations. Save yourself the trouble and find a more reliable option for your travel needs.

Best decision picking this cruise, everything from hotel pick up, our time on the cruise and hotel drop off was flawless and stress free. This is my third time doing a cruise in Ha Long Bay and this is the best one that I have been on. I picked this cruise for my honeymoon and my husband loved it that he didn’t want to leave. It was his first time in Vietnam and enjoyed every moment. We had a fantastic tour manager and all the staff was friendly attentive to our needs. We loved the bed layout and card from the crew on our bed! Will recommend this to others!
