This plan is a perfect combination of mystical and unique experiences.

We will begin the tour with a visit to the Guatavita Lagoon, a sacred site for the Muisca culture and the place that inspires the fantastic Legend of "El Dorado", you and your companions will enter a unique experience.

Then, we will cross the “Sabana de Bogotá” and arrive at the Zipaquirá Salt Cathedral, which is known as the first wonder of Colombia due to -among other reasons- its impressive architecture completely carved out of salt. You can go through it and take the best photos and save unforgettable moments.

This underground temple will give you an amazing experience when you visit the virtual reality theater, the reflecting pool and the largest underground cross in the world.

In both towns we will take brief tours of its streets so that you can get to know its most emblematic places and learn about its history and other details of interest.

Guatavita Lagoon
It’s challenging hiking up to the lagoon! It is an one-way path, you can’t turn around and go back if you wanted to give up. Remember to bring water. Also, We must join the group offered by the park even we have our own private guide. The park guide only speaks Spanish, and our guide translated it for us.
