About your tour:
When you arrive at check in you are greeted by our knowledgeable host team. You will sign your wavier, get your wristband, check in,
We have a dancer competition, DJ made playlists, and party lights going as your party bus cruises down and around (approx-30 mins on each ride). There’s typically a t -shirt given away to the best dancer!
*Once you get to the second Restaurant the process repeats. Our NIGHT club tours are typically 9 pm to 11 am and our DAY tours depending on you cruise ship arrival, for hotels its 9:30 am to 2:00 pm. Hotel Guest you can stay at the last venue as late as you like. Night Party tours are seasonal from April to August. We booked this tour for 4 friends, was to be a 5 hour excursion to see a plantation , fruit tastings, and mama’s cooking. We had no direction where to meet our driver so we went over to a big white tent. The ladies there were kind enough to call Genius Reggae Jamaica tours (3 times) before we were directed to go outside the security gates. We met a man who had a piece of paper with our name on it. Zac. After walking a long distance to his car, he asked what we wanted to do and see. We’ve never been to Jamaica before se we said, take us on a tour . We drove around in a big circle from Falmouth to Clark Town, back to Falmouth looking as desolate fields and people milling around. We told him what the tour was supposed be about , he said he didn’t know about any of that and called his office. The plantation closed 2 years previously, the restaurant was closed for the holiday and they knew nothing about fruit tastings. After 1 1/2 hours of this driving we asked him to take us back to the ship, which he didn’t hesitate to do. We called Viator and told them, they said we were a No-Show ( that’s a lie) they said the restaurant was closed for only 2 hours, also not true. We finally spoke with a supervisor and Viator did the right thing, they returned our money. This is the 3rd time I have used Viator for excursions, and I doubt there will be a 4th.

Dee was a fabulous guide. We were on a cruise and decided to be unconventional and booked through Viator. We had to go outside the gate and we were met immediately but not only by our guide but Wayne the owner. He introduced himself and the guide asked a couple of questions and adjusted our tour based on our wants. Would do it all over again, excellent customer service and great fun.

This tour was a bust from the non meeting at the pier to the no molasses and brown sugar operation or the no rum factory tour. We did see a lot of rural area, about 4 hours of just fields. We stopped at an old farm house and we were given a piece of sugarcane from a man standing in his garden, was there a entrance fee for that? We were off again and stopped at another private house and we were given an apple off the tree there. We never saw a beach nor did we visit a rum factory unless it was when we turned around at the gate of a fenced, boarded up and locked up rusted building. We signed up for a private tour for six people and when we finally found the tour people we were met by a woman who claimed she had been waiting for us. I tried to tell her and the Tour guy that we signed up for a private tour but these 4 people jumped in with us. This was a total disappointment for us since we missed out on every thing.
