They claim to have showed up for the pickup time and never did. They then sent another driver to pick up my clients who took them. Had them pay a fee to get on the beach only for the catamaran to be gone. No cruise and no falls. Plus the image for their company is misleading. I was under the impression I was booking with Cool Runnings and I was not. I feel terrible for my clientss. On top this, I called them directly and the associate I spoke with kept asking me my name over and over and repeating the same things over and over. I eventually realised they put me on hold with a recording. I couldn't believe it! I would never recommend them.

My wife and I took this excursion from Sandals Ocho Rios. Dunn's River was an adventure. Climbing up a waterfall in the waterfall itself! Our group held hands in a chain as we climbed up on rocks and ledges. Unique experience we had so much fun on. Then on the way back, the catamaran becomes a party boat. DJ playing music and a bar open for drinks. We had a great time! I highly recommend wearing aquatic shoes.
